• Ability to communicate effectively. Review customer requirements, lead business consultation discussions and translate the requirements into specification documents for application design and configuration.
• Support in UAT testing – responsible to investigate the issues raised in UAT, and to co-ordinate with users and developers during the UAT phase for all techno-functional queries.
• Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs.
• Lead, coach and advise a small project team in addition to managing their performance (depending upon the structure of a project)
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes.
• Set up, document, and test the Oracle system; understand and apply Oracle methodologies.
• Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered.
• Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts.
• Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related degree; CPA qualification or Master’s degree are preferable but not essential
• At least 8 years of Oracle Financials experience (Cloud Financials and EBS)
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• Must have experience working directly with the client either managing full life-cycle projects in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations or managing for large implementations.
• Understanding of end-to-end flow of functionality of the following modules: Cloud Accounts Payable, Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cloud Assets and Cloud Cash Management.
• You have an Oracle Cloud Certification in Finance modules, preferably General Ledger or Accounting Hub.
• Must have experience from a functional perspective, with focus on implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules including facilitating global design workshops, business process analysis, and system integration. Direct interaction with clients, providing subject matter guidance and training, ensuring that the implementation follows established practice configuration principles. Supports the delivery team with expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud product suite, and by providing implementation support, bug fixes, and customer support.
• Knowledge of org setup, module-specific configurations, ability to do requirement analysis and deliver functional design docs of the mentioned modules.
• You're an ace at managing and delivering projects.
• You're great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Process Automation (OPA) and Oracle Journeys . You’ll play a key role in automating HR and ERP-related business processes across our Oracle Cloud platform. This is a techno-functional role requiring close collaboration with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders to drive user-centric digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Process Automation (OPA) workflows within HCM and ERP modules
• Configure and maintain Oracle Journeys, Checklist Templates and Workforce Structures

This job is about being a Senior Consultant who helps businesses use an Oracle tool effectively. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related degree; CPA qualification or Master’s degree are preferable but not essential
• A minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementation projects covering any of the Oracle EPM modules:
  • Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Services (FCCS), Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS), Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS), Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Services (EPRCS), Enterprise Data Management Consolidation (EDMCS), Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (PCMCS), Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE)
• Experience implementing other Oracle EPM technologies: Account reconciliation cloud services (ARCS), Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Services (EPRCS/Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), Data Relationship Management (DRM/EDMCS) etc.
• Must have experience working directly with the client either managing full life-cycle projects in Oracle implementations or managing for large implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
• A proven track record in defining system roadmap, gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and SLAs, and implementing robust and scalable solutions
• Deep understanding of functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting. Understanding of currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPs
• Should have good working knowledge of EPM Automate and be able to build scripts to automate various admin activities using EPM Automate
• Should have experience of conducting User Acceptance Test, and preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides
• Ability to train internal staff of the advanced EPM Concepts
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

As a Professional Services - ERP Consultant, you will participate in consulting engagements and assume responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables for some of the most functionality-rich ERP products in the market today. You will work with your Consulting Manager to organize and control tasks within the work plan and take a leadership position on small project teams and small engagements. You will become a trusted growth partner with our customers, working alongside them on an independent basis for short-term engagements with little supervision. You will also contribute to a larger implementation team, taking the lead as a subject matter expert in your functional area when required.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform business requirements gathering, gap analysis, application mapping, identification and resolution of gaps, change in procedures and proposed workaround solutions in effectively utilizing core application.
• Responsible for functional and technical specification development, configuration setup, proof of concept and acceptance test.
• Perform Testing of implemented system.
• Assist our sales team on the system demonstration to our potential clients.
• Perform project team trainings to executive level and functional user level.
• Perform some technical work including building reports, queries and simple customizations using embedded tools.

• Familiar with Financials, Logistics, Distributions, Material requirements planning (MRP) or Supply Chain.

With a large Dynamics 365 programme on going and more divisional IT applications to come ASSA ABLOY APAC is looking to recruit any graduates who are interested in joining the expertise application team on designing, implementing and operating the divisional ERP application portfolio based on Dynamics AX to develop their career in IT with close connection with business.

The ASSA ABLOY ERP (Dynamics AX) programme is one of the largest in the world and offers plenty of challenges and opportunities for the right candidate.

The implementation of ERP in APAC is completed and will start the project to upgrade current system to cloud version. As part of the ERP implementation, integrations to other systems are implemented (Data warehouse, BI, Banking, Barcode scanning etc.).

The APAC System Consultant Associate will become member of an internal application team with 9-10 skilled ERP resources working together with external AX partners to design, develop and implement the APAC ERP solution.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business processes and system requirements.
• Documentation of business processes, requirements, design, test etc.
• Design, configuration and testing of system functionality in ERP and related systems.
• Supporting the business during ERP implementations
• Performing Data Migration and supporting the users on data cleansing
  
  

Requirements

• Have one or two years experience in consulting firm with ERP knowledge, being able to convey construction & informative information down to users.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
• A detail-oriented, problem-solving attitude. Strong time management skills.
• Clear in communication and good presentation skills.
• Good in English & Chinese writing and speaking.
