- Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to safeguard critical assets and ensure operational continuity.
Cybersecurity
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect OT systems from unauthorized access, data breaches, and other cyber threats.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to proactively address emerging risks.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Carlsberg Operating Manual, industry regulations and standards governing operational technology systems.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and implement necessary measures to meet compliance requirements.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies that can enhance operational efficiency, automation, and overall performance.
- Develop a roadmap for technology upgrades and improvements to keep the OT infrastructure current and aligned with business goals.
Cost Management
- Optimize operational costs by identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and resource optimization within the OT environment.

Collaboration with IT
- Foster collaboration between OT and IT teams to ensure alignment of technology strategies and seamless integration between operational and information technology.

Incident Response and Recovery
- Develop and implement incident response plans to address potential disruptions or security incidents promptly.
- Establish recovery strategies to minimize the impact of incidents and facilitate a swift return to normal operations.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Implement monitoring tools and performance metrics to assess the health and efficiency of operational technology systems.
- Continuously optimize processes and systems to enhance overall performance and meet operational objectives.
Strategic Planning
- Develop long-term strategic plans for the OT infrastructure, aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership in shaping the future direction of operational technology within the organization.
Requirements:
- With Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic or related Engineering.
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system is mandatory .
- Knowledge in Siemens, B&R, B&W is an added advantage.
- Good PC skills and good knowledge of Ms Office.
- Knowledge in OT (Operational Technology) cyber security.
- Knowledge of SAP Maintenance Module is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in network setup is an advantage.

The ICS/OT (Industrial Control Systems/Operational Technology) Cybersecurity Engineer will be part of a team responsible for protecting a rapidly expanding global enterprise. The Cybersecurity Engineer will audit the Industrial Control System / Operational Technology (ICS/OT) environment and perform risk/vulnerability assessments leading to the development of an enterprise strategy/design plan. The Cybersecurity Engineer will lead implementation (hands-on configuration) of the cybersecurity ICS/OT systems.
Additional responsibilities include research, classification, and root cause analysis of security events that occur within the environment. The ideal candidate will have security industry knowledge that evolves with current and emerging vulnerabilities and threats, as well as an ongoing understanding of key business and technological processes.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize the tools to take inventory of the environment’s hardware and software assets and assessing those assets for security vulnerabilities, obsolescence, and other risks.
Conducting cyber mission dependency, criticality, mission failure, and adversary cyberattack scenario analyses to inform design of OT resilient architectures.
