As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible in developing and leading assigned products to its optimal potential throughout the product lifecycle.

What you’ll do

  • Formulate and implement the brand strategy and support the sales team to deliver the sales objectives and initiatives
  • Understand the customers and environment by conducting market research
  • Demonstrate high level of product knowledge in the therapy area
  • Monitor business performance and A&P budget
  • Monitor sales and business trends to spot potential opportunities and challenges fast
  • Lead and complete annual business strategic and execution plans as well as other business reviews
  • Lead and complete financial planning for respective brands
  • Build meaningful and professional relationship with KEEs and establish strong brand endorsement and advocacy among related therapy area

Essential for the role

  • Your education background is in science, pharmacy or marketing preferably with an MBA from a top university
  • You have experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
  • You are fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • You have strong learning agility and can adapt quickly in a fast pace environment
  • You demonstrate a strong growth mindset

Accountabilities

  • Development and implementation of launch plans and brand strategy to ensure execution excellence launches and brand plans

  • Improves portfolio potential of in market brands

  • Lead the collaboration with the cross-functional team to ensure the benefits to patients offered by Amgen products can be optimized

  • Engage and manage KOLs and Key Accounts to build up solid connection between customers and company.

  • Effectively manage and optimize P&L across the brands and launches

What you will do?

  • Work on strategic planning to drive brand/franchise performance to ensure successful market penetration and leadership while developing programs to maximize field selling efforts.
  • Create business proposals and budget plan including forecasting model for management review and approval.
  • Develop and plan resource allocation effectively to address changing market dynamic and conceive innovative marketing programs including digital initiatives.
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate all customer segment marketing activities and tactics to launch and promote brand/franchise with strong cross functional team and agencies partnerships.
  • Appropriately challenge the status quo to re-evaluate and validate brand strategy or positioning within a franchise to optimize competitive position in short and long term.
  • Create and enhance relationships, internally and externally, that contribute towards establishing the brand/franchise (key customers, thought leaders, associations and industry players) and implement effective KOL strategy.
  • Manage brand budget efficiently, develop promotional program/materials timely that enables effective delivery of marketing messages, support CMEs and conduct product trainings to field-force.
  • Identify opportunities to exceed current objectives and plans to re-allocate existing or additional resources resulting in improved ROI.
  • Involved in training, supervising and guiding talents to ensure timely delivery of assigned short-term projects and tasks.

What you should have?

  • A bachelor’s degree in life science, biomedical science or pharmacy with a minimum of 2-3 years of product management experience in Oncology.
  • A strong digital marketing experience is highly recommended.
  • Added advantage if you have prior experience in sales or possess diagnostic background in Oncology.
  • Strong strategic mindset, proven project management skills and great interpersonal skills.

Central to the Health Representative’s role will be the introduction of a new & promoted medicines and innovative digital service that will help elevate Health Care Professionals’ patient care. The role is consultative; spanning Pfizer’s entire resource and product portfolio for their customer base and one that will result in long standing and truly valued relationships with customers.

The Heath Representative will draw on healthcare knowledge and understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industry, as well as Pfizer and the product portfolio, so that customers achieve the solutions they need.

The Health Representative should be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and building/ maintaining effective, long-term business relationships with assigned territory customers. The Health Representative identifies and prioritizes Pfizer opportunities through understanding customers’ business and strategic imperatives. The Health Representative is responsible for developing and executing an effective sales planning for Channel and HCPs

Ability to effectively identify and implement the most efficient virtual/in-person engagement strategies by customer to maximize overall effectiveness and impact. Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans and adapts based on self-identified opportunities and insights. Effectively builds rapport and relationships with customers across virtual and F2F environments; maintains amethodical approach toward call objectives (e.g., clear next steps and appropriate documentation, managing to KPIs); utilizes current digital tools effectively (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Office) as well as adapts quickly to new/beta tools (e.g., digital triage app) for successful customer engagement; leverages analytics to assist with developing insights and next best action plans Compliantly engage key customers to grow business and drive product demand by proactively providing education that, in colleague’s judgment, best meet HCP and patients’ needs Develops and delivers relevant, targeted messaging utilizing approved materials via customer engagement to drive product demand (ask the HCP to change their prescribing behaviour/close sales) and leverages customer priorities to drive a positive business outcome; proactively provides insights for the development of new and innovative approved product messaging and resources Maintain an in-depth of market knowledge, products and disease states that enable meaningful dialogue with key stakeholderstobuild credibility and add value when calling on providers. Deliverrelevant,targeted messagingcompliantlyutilizing approved materials via customer engagement to drive product demand(ask the HCP to change their prescribing behaviour/close sales)andproactively provide insights for the development of new and innovative approved product messagingand resources. Responsible forstrategic deployment of Pfizer resources to support HCP(e.g. patient education, adherence resources);workeffectively across multiple virtual engagement platforms based on customer preferences/compliance guidelines; able to integrate guidancefrommanagementandother supportfunctions (Marketing, Medical)andtechnical solutions (e.g., content recommendation RTE) into call planning; collaborate effectively with other Customer-Facing (CF)colleagues Present contract termswhere appropriate, proactivelyanswer on-label questions;proactivelyintroducecustomers tofuture state Pfizer Pro with access to appropriate targeted content. Collaborate effectively and compliantly with cross-functionalcolleagues, including Medical, Market Access, Marketing toaddress customer inquiriesand advance Pfizer objectives.Able to connect rapidly with appropriate SMEsto address customer inquiries. Effectively use calendaring tools, leadership goals, and personal insightsto addresscustomer priorities calls effectively;and bring insights from customer surveys to leadership to improvemodel. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Pharmacy/ Science and Health background Minimum 2 years of previous sales experience is added advantage. Requirements

  • Educational Background : Holds at least a Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or a related field. A solid academic foundation that combines scientific understanding with commercial acumen is essential for success in this role.
  • Industry Experience : Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in brand management, preferably within the Specialty Care or pharmaceutical sector. Proven ability to drive brand strategy, manage product life cycles, and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Communication Skills : Demonstrates fluency in English, both written and spoken, with exceptional communication and presentation abilities to engage internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders effectively.
