Job Description

An Onboarding Specialist is to undertake technical support activities that align with company business needs. The successful candidate involves presale activities to support sales & marketing team in terms of technical to secure sales cycles. The successful candidate also involves all technical related activities in project deployment & maintenance stages in support of organizational strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:

– Lead customer business value identification and discovery understand how our solutions and their unique differentiation can be used within the customer’s existing architecture, business environment and customer requirement

– Support and cooperate with sales & marketing team in term of technical perspective

– Lead technical demonstration: Execute demos for customers, internal sales and marketing team members. Create and document specific alignment between a technology demonstration and a solution vision. Set a high-quality bar for demo curation, execution, and delivery while engaging with a variety of customer roles, both sale and technical

– Lead technical workshops, seminars, and engagements with customers who are interested in an in-depth understanding of our solutions from an engineering & technical perspective

– Prepare the technical responses to RFPs and other documents as required

– Play a critical role in performing project deployment & maintenance by providing technical expertise to deliver project successfully and meet customer satisfaction

Requirements:

– Diploma in computer science, information technology, electrical/electronic engineering or any other related field

– At least 3 years working experience as a pre-sales or technical support for software/application/Cyber Security industry

-Must be a subject matter expert with extensive software/application/Cyber Security technical support experience

– Candidates should have passion for information technology, self-driven and enjoys start-up environment and problem-solving skills required

– Ability to work energetically independently self-motivated and with desire to succeed and able to keep to agreed timeline

– Having customer satisfaction mindset & strong interpersonal skills to interface with customers

Are you the one?

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a KYC/Onboarding Specialist, preferably in the financial services industry, particularly Forex, CFDs, or other leveraged products.
  • Proven ability to manage intricate onboarding processes in compliance with regulations.
  • Extensive knowledge about KYC, AML, and relevant compliance legislations.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both verbal and written) is required to communicate effectively with Urdu-speaking clients

Your EDGE assignment/You will: Responsible for executing Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and continuous due diligence in compliance with multiple regulatory standards for both potential and current client and partner accounts. Analyse and investigate alerts that are generated using standard policies, procedures and tools, aimed at meeting internal and external regulatory requirements. Promote a high degree of global onboarding knowledge and compliance standards with a client-focused mindset. Identify, record and resolve/escalate suspicious findings following well-established escalation and reporting obligations. Maintain user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Comply with all policies, guidelines, and procedures, and actively participate in training to stay abreast of the evolving competitive and regulatory environment. Work collaboratively & cohesively with key stakeholders to identify, action and develop due diligence processes that contribute to operational efficiency and personalized client experience. Proactively participate in assigned projects that promote client value, operational efficiency, and innovation. Oversee the creation and management of trading and rebate accounts. Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies related to onboarding processes and share insights and recommendations with the broader team. Provide direct assistance to clients and partners for any concerns related to onboarding. Strive to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Are you the one? Minimum of 2 years' experience as a KYC/Onboarding Specialist, preferably in the financial services industry, particularly Forex, CFDs, or other leveraged products. Proven ability to manage intricate onboarding processes in compliance with regulations. Extensive knowledge about KYC, AML, and relevant compliance legislations. Fluency in English and Arabic (both verbal and written) is required to communicate effectively with Urdu-speaking clients Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office and related software. Proficient in digital technologies with the ability to adapt and stay current with market technology trends, including AI and other tools pertinent to Onboarding tasks. What You’ll Do

Review KYC documents for onboarding of new clients (individual and corporate) and periodic review in an efficient and timely manner

Ensure due diligence for new account opening and existing client accounts comply with internal policies

Liaise with internal colleagues on required information/documentation for onboarding and review

Perform name screening for entities, individuals and financial institutions

Liaise with relevant team for the setting up, maintain and update of account in the system

Communicate and assist existing client regarding account maintenance matters

Undertake projects on an ad-hoc basis

Language Proficiency : Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken & written).
