Responsibilities- Coordinate and prepare Monthly Financial report for Cased Hole Logging division to Senior Manager, Head of Finance Department for consolidation (Green Book & Blue book) and to monitor overall financial for Cased Hole Logging Division.
- Monitor and update invoices and collections promptly via AR tracker on daily basis.
- Monitor Cased Hole Logging division’s Purchase Order budget form for receipt of supplier invoices and related payments to be issued for the division.
- Monitor expenses and all transactions for the Cased Hole Logging division to ensure all within budget.
- Verify Purchase Order for the Cased Hole Logging division to ensure all documentation is complete and within budget.
- Monitor and track inventory in the Cased Hole Logging department, ensuring all incoming and outgoing inventory is properly recorded.
- Prepare yearly budget and budget revisions for the Cased Hole Logging division.
- Coordinate annual Financial report and audit schedules for Auditors.
- Review draft audited financial report from auditors.
- Review of data captured in the accounting system for the division.
- Oversee Finance Executive for asset listing.
- Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants or equivalent.
- At least 2 years in managerial capacity.
- Experience in management reporting, costing, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in consolidation, banking and financing will be an advantage.
- Details and result-oriented.
- Able to manage and guide junior team members in meeting their responsibilities.
- Good understanding of financial, tax reporting and statutory requirements and applicable accounting standards.
- Good in English communication and writing skills.

Monitor daily bank transactions. Ensure the cash advances are properly administered and reconciled. Monitor Account Payable (payment) and Account Receivable (collections). Ensure payments for EPF, Socso, Incometax, Tabung Haji, Zakat, Bank Rakyat and HRDF are on time, subject to receipt of information from Human Resource Department. Ensure Withholding Tax payments are made on time. Ensure service tax payments are made to Customs on time. Check and verify Purchase Orders. Coordinate preparation of annual financial report and relevant schedules for Auditors. Prepare tax estimates and yearly tax computation. Prepare the transfer pricing workings and schedules. Review draft audited financial report from auditors, tax computations/returns from tax agent and transfer pricing report from transfer pricing advisers. Review data captured in accounting date system (Oracle Netsuite Accounting System). Monitor bank covenants, term loan disbursement and other bank facilities. Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances. Job Requirements

Preferred to have relevant experience in wire ropes and rigging equipment, Marine, Offshore, Oil and Gas
Willing to work hard to hit sales target.
Independent, outspoken, pleasant personality.
Fluent in written and spoken
Possess Class 3 License with own Car
