Responsibilities:
- Responsible for steam boiler operations including upkeep of boiler's operation data and safety aspects.
- Operate high pressure boilers, cooling towers, compressors and process water systems.
- Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedule and to trouble shoot when necessary.
- To ensure the boilers are kept in good running condition at all time.
- Maintain 12 units of Miura Boiler (2tonned) & Air compressors.
- Troubleshoot Boiler & Air compressor issues.
- Maintain housekeeping at Boiler & Air Compressors area.
- Prepare report for breakdown & troubleshooting.
- Work with vendors on boiler troubleshooting.
- Prepare JKKP yearly inspections for boiler.
- To assist in other maintenance duties as and when assigned by the superior.
- To implement any other duties related to the department that may arise from time to time as per instruction by the Company.
Requirements:-
- Must possess Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 certificate.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in a similar position.
- Able to perform shift work and willing to work long hours.
- Able to work during weekends and public holidays if necessary.
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably with PALM OIL MILL manufacturing experience.
