Currently, we have multiple opportunities for experienced Production Engineers with between 5 to 15 years' experience to join our team. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur and you will work very closely with our global Technical and Operation teams to support ExxonMobil's global portfolio of Deepwater, Conventional, Unconventional and LNG assets.

What you will do
  • Collaborate with engineers and operators on global teams to analyze well/field performance and advise on production optimization.
  • Integrate with adjacent disciplines (Reservoir, Facilities or Process, Wells, Operations, Flow Assurance) to execute opportunities for production debottlenecking, production enhancement and idle well restoration.
  • Support Operation teams for operations schedule optimization, capacity enhancement, production planning and downtime optimization.
  • Conduct regular system surveillance for production and injection wells to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Assess impact of identified system constraints, monitor, and troubleshoot facility balance at field/platform/well level.
  • Conduct screening economic evaluations of well intervention and stimulation operations.
  • Manage production data, measurement and allocation quality assurance.
  • Build/sustain proprietary production engineering technology.
About you

Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have the following:

  • Bachelor's or Master's engineering degree from a recognized university in petroleum /chemical/ mechanical/other relevant engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in oil and gas industry specializing in either Petroleum Engineering, Production Engineering or Production Technology.
  • Possess operational experiences, particularly in:

o Inflow/outflow/flowline modeling
o Production well testing and allocation principles
o Network modeling and facilities operations
o Well design, completion, intervention and stimulation technologies
o Artificial lift methods and systems
o Reservoir and Facilities surveillance
o Production surveillance, troubleshooting and optimization of well and field performance

  • Hands on experience with proprietary or vendor engineering analysis tools within the experience domain.
  • Be able to demonstrate the following:

o Strong analytical skills
o Ability to manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work in a multi-cultural global team and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
o Innovative and analytical thinking
o Intellectual rigor, strong drive, and desire to lead change


Preference will be given to those with the following additional skills / abilities:

  • Field/Operation, mentorship and team leadership experience
  • Experience with engineering applications such as IPM (MBAL, GAP, PROSPER, Resolve), OFM, OLGA and Hysys.
  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Power BI, SeeQ, XHQ) and scripting skills (e.g. Python).
  • Experience in Production Database Management (e.g. Energy Components, PL/SQL).

Overview

As an Associate Technician - Field Services, you will be responsible for effectively performing assigned tasks in a field service setting, some of which will require general datacenter, electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic aptitude. You will be responsible for setup and operational functions, assembly, equipment operation, vehicle operation, general maintenance, and housekeeping at assigned project locations. You may be required to travel or relocate to customer sites for project-based work.

Responsibilities
  • Completes corporate and site-specific safety orientation and training courses.
  • Ensures compliance with operational, audit, safety and all other company policies.
  • Performs work to established quality standards while ensuring safe work practices and maintaining sound customer service.
  • Conducts field tasks in support of field operations
  • May operate Class A combination vehicles and trailers, and Class B vehicles, in support of various field activities in both an interstate and intrastate environment.
  • Maintains all tracking forms, logs and records as required, both electronic and written.
  • Responsible for inspection and limited routine maintenance.
  • Handles inbound and outbound material shipments, material transport, placement, staging, storage and organization. Other tasks may include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting.
  • Performs quality assurance inspections as required.
  • Prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service. Loads, secures and unloads cargo.
Qualifications
  • High School Degree or Equivalent required
  • Licenses/Certificates/Designations: CDL Class A required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1 year of field service technician experience
  • 1 year of Class A combination vehicle driving and cargo carrying
  • Class 7 Forklift certification
  • Good communication and customer centric attitude
  • Ability to make technical decisions and use sound judgment in a field setting with limited supervision
  • First Aid, AED, & CPR certified preferred
  • OSHA 10 certified preferred
  • Field Service Technician, Construction or Tradesman experience preferred
  • Crane and/or rigging experience preferred
  • Ability to travel 75% - 100%
Working Environment
  • Driver – Work is generally performed in moving vehicle. Driving required for an extended period with frequent stops and starts. Can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Warehouse – Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment. The noise level is moderately quiet. Generally, well ventilated and well lighted. Warehouse employees may be exposed to all kinds of weather and may be required to wear protective clothing. Operates heavy equipment. Strict safety regulations may be required.
  • Outdoors – Work is generally performed in an outdoor environment, but employee may periodically work in a general office or warehouse. Is exposed to all weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, and moisture.
Physical Expectations
  • Work is physically strenuous, and workers are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds.
  • Work may require excessive bending or stooping.
  • Employee required to walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
  • Employee required to sit and drive a vehicle to perform their job.

Job Description

This is an Asset Management Specialist role, where you will be responsible for managing the computer assets and peripherals in the warehouse or distribution center of the data center.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Receiving, processing, and unpacking goods, signing for packages, preparing computer kits for distribution, updating inventory records, counting boxes, and reporting on basic troubleshooting of defective goods.
+ Uses and operates manual and electronic documents, files, and records (shipping accounts, bar-coding, inventory, monthly inventory reporting, electronic delivery logs, incoming shipments, etc.) to properly document activities, and provide material and reliable resources information.
+ Utilizes asset management tools such as bar code scanners to perform inventories.
+ Provides outstanding customer service by maintaining attention to detail, completing assigned work in a timely manner, and maintaining an efficient and effective work environment.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the Asset Management Team.
+ Maintains a detailed and accurate log of all items shipped, received, or moved within the area of responsibility.
+ Receive server related goods at the datacenter and responsible to create layout and coordinate the mountings of servers to racks.
**Qualifications:**
+ Diploma or Degree holder.
+ At least 1 year of experience in data center or warehouse logistics.
+ Good communication and customer centric attitude.

SAP MM Consultant - Field Logistics (Oil & Gas) role at Accenture Southeast Asia. SAP professionals design, implement, and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions for moderately complex problems
  • Understand the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team objectives
  • Use sound judgment to determine solutions and seek guidance for more complex challenges
  • Interact primarily with direct supervisors and may engage with peers, client stakeholders, and Accenture management
  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance
  • Make decisions that may impact their immediate team
  • Manage small teams and/or contribute to individual workstreams within client environments or internally at Accenture
Role-Specific Responsibilities
  • Define the data requirements and structure for SAP Field Logistics applications
  • Model and design the data architecture and integration strategy to support logistics operations in remote Oil & Gas environments
  • Ensure effective alignment of the logistics and warehousing processes with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support warehouse and inventory management, including physical inventory processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP Field Logistics, preferably in Oil & Gas projects
  • Proven end-to-end implementation experience with SAP Remote Logistics Management
  • Relevant SAP certifications are an advantage
