Job Description & Requirements:-
- General Cleaning: Cleaners perform basic cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. they ensure that all areas are tidy and free from debris.
- Restroom Maintenance: They are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, ensuring that they are stocked with necessary supplies such as toilet paper and soap.
- Surface Disinfection: Cleaners disinfect surfaces within the facility, including desks, countertops, and communal areas, to maintain a hygience environment.
- Waste Management: They empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly, ensuring that waste is collected and taken to designated disposal areas.
- Equipment Maintenance: Cleaners may be responsible for maintaining cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition, and reporting and repair needed.
- Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Depending on the facility, cleaners may perform specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, or deep cleaning services.
- Routine Inspections: They conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Cleaners must follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
- Perform adhoc cleaning whenever required
- Punctual and reliable

- Working hour: 5days/week; from 8am to 4pm

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and independent Office Cleaner to join our team. This is a fixed-term position, with the possibility of extension depending on operational needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum office floors and laboratory areas
- Clean windows, walls, and glass surfaces
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Monitor and replenish cleaning and pantry supplies
- Prepare coffee, water, and biscuits for visitors
- Assist with basic office admin tasks (e.g., scanning documents, handling incoming mail, receiving items)
- Support lab cleanliness (e.g., cleaning laboratory apparatus and glassware)
- Perform other ad-hoc cleaning duties as required
Remark: This is a small office, and the job responsibilities do not include toilet cleaning.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
