Peranan dan Tanggungjawab
a) Bertanggungjawab dan menguruskan pembersihan umum.
b) Jaga kebersihan bahagian depan dan belakang (sapu koridor/mop, lap kaca pintu masuk, siram pokok, gunakan penyembur jet air untuk lantai dan pengutup pintu. (minima sekali sebulan)
c) Sediakan air/teh/kopi kepada tetamu.
d) Memastikan semua kemudahan dalam keadaan teratur/ditempatkan dengan baik.
e) Menjaga kebersihan tangga depan dan belakang.
f) Siram pokok setiap 4 hari dan gunakan baja setiap 2 minggu.
g) Menjaga kebersihan semua tandas, mencuci mangkuk tandas setiap hari. Perlu mencuci tandas sekurang-kurangnya sekali seminggu (kekerapan pencucian bergantung kepada tahap kekotoran tandas) jumlah keseluruhan 8 tandas.
h) Vakum semua lantai karpet x sekurang-kurangnya 1 minggu sekali.
i) Bersihkan/lap semua pintu kaca dan tingkap di bangunan.
j) Mop lantai and memastikan semua tong sampah serta tong sampah dalam tandas mesti dikosongkan.
k) Menjaga kebersihan tangga depan dan belakang.
l) Membersihkan rumah di dua unit pangsapuri x 2 kali Sebulan. (4 jam setiap kali)
m) Tugas tugas tambahan lain akan dimaklumkan oleh penyelia.
