We are looking for Hemodialysis Nurse (Post Basic/Non-Post Basic) for our Clinical department in multiple locations: Subang Jaya, Kota Damansara & Sri Petaling)

Offering:
- Permanent full time
- 6 days (Monday to Saturday including Public Holidays) rotating shift wor
- For Head Nurse: must be able to lead a team of nurses
- Wash, maintain and store all dialysis equipment safely.
- Ensure that all supplies, equipment are available for use at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment within the dialysis centre.
- Participate as a member of the team in carrying out haemodialysis procedures.
- Able to perform needling of A-V fistulas, A-V graft for initiating haemodialysis process.
- Responsible that all dialysis equipment is safe, complete and fully operational before, during and after each use. Include cleaning dialysis machine surface, work table and dialysis chair with appropriate disinfectant after each use.
- Responsible to monitor and record patient’s vital signs during treatment and report any abnormality to staff f in charge.
- Assist other staffs and doctors during treatment and examination of patients on treatment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Head Nurse.
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Registered with Malaysia Nursing board

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Staff Nurse is part of our Care Operations and Quality team that is experienced in nursing and carries out various types of nursing care, procedures, and methodologies in different settings, including home care services, with emphasis on the care recipient's needs.
In addition to home care, the nurse will also be responsible for attending to ad-hoc tasks, projects, and assignments as required by Homage, including but not limited to medical product usage, administration and maintenance of devices, patient education and counselling, public health education, and project-based medical assignments.
When not based in the hospital ward, the nurse must be flexible to perform care and nursing duties in other settings including home care, hospital, and facility-based care as assigned by Homage.
In this role, the Staff Nurse strives to ensure that the overall care recipient’s experience is handled seamlessly and delivered with high quality.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience in a General (Medical/Surgical) hospital ward setting or equivalent.
- Must be a Registered Nurse/Medical Assistant with LJM/LPP.
- Must have own transport.
- Must be willing to travel to different locations around KL & Selangor.
- Open to working during weekends & Public Holidays (rotation) and non-office hours.
- Preferably with a Valid APC 2022 copy from LJM/LPP; otherwise, Homage may assist in applying for APC.

- Administers and documents all medications, enteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition, and treatment as per Doctor’s orders and accurately record all care provided.
