Job Responsibilities

• Receive predetermined work assignments with moderate control and review.

Export Compliance

Must adhere to TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures, and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC. Responsibilities include:

• Identifying ITAR-controlled products on the manufacturing floor and understanding access restrictions.
• Recognizing foreign visitors via badge differentiation.
• Following procedures for foreign visitors (VAL).
• Understanding export and ITAR requirements for shipments outside the US.
• Managing vendor approvals for ITAR compliance.

• Metal moulders and coremakers make moulds and cores for casting metal.
• Tasks include assist senior supervisor in:
• making moulds by hand or using auxiliary machines on a bench for small metal castings, on the foundry floor, or in a pit for large castings;
• making cores for use in metal moulds;
• Cleaning and smoothing moulds, core boxes, and repairing surface imperfections;
• Moving and positioning work pieces such as mould sections, patterns and bottom boards, using cranes, or signalling others to move work pieces;
• Positioning patterns inside mould sections and clamping sections together;
• Cutting spouts, runner holes and sprue holes into moulds;
• Lifting upper mould sections from lower sections and remove moulded patterns.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes.
• Daily productions reports such as M&W report / create & close the manufacturing order (MO).
• Maintain 5S & housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
• To have an active role in the companies continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company.
• Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
