We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to lead the growth of Corvan’s home appliance portfolio across Malaysia and Singapore. As we expand into new markets and scale our product lineup, we need a commercially-minded product owner who thrives on creating well-positioned, user-centric products that solve real household pain points.
You will take full ownership of product categories—from research and factory collaboration to launch strategy and post-launch improvement. This role is not just about managing specs—it’s about using data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to bring category-leading products to market, and ensuring they outperform across ecommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and brand.com.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders (R&D, marketing, content, operations) and external partners (factories, service teams) to build and refine products that customers love—and buy again.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in our product lineup based on consumer trends, competitor benchmarks, and platform insights (Shopee, Lazada, brand.com).
- Analyze customer reviews, support tickets, and competitor listings to identify unmet needs and product improvement areas.
- Run surveys, polls, and user interviews to validate feature or design decisions.
- Benchmark pricing, specs, and USPs of top-performing brands locally and regionally.
3. Go-to-Market & Positioning
- Work with marketing to define product USPs and positioning that resonate with target segments.
- Ensure alignment between product features and campaign messaging, thumbnails, and video content.
- Guide product page content, naming, visuals, and comparison tables.
4. Launch & Performance Tracking
- Oversee product launches across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, brand.com, TikTok).
- Set KPIs and track metrics like conversion rate, return rate, top queries, complaints, and reviews.
- Lead monthly product performance reviews and propose corrective actions (e.g. price adjustments, USP clarifications).
5. Post-Launch Improvement
- Collect internal and external feedback for product iteration.
- Work with customer service and technicians to track recurring issues.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations for packaging or warranty-related improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years experience in product management, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable with reading data from Shopee, Lazada, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills—able to align stakeholders from marketing, operations, design, and customer service.
- Familiar with A/B testing, market research, and product lifecycle management.
- Basic understanding of ecommerce user behavior and expectations (especially in MY/SG).

About the Role
As a Product Marketing Specialist for Mastery, your role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for mastery programs. You'll create personalized marketing campaigns through audience segmentation, collaborate with content creators to align messaging with program objectives, and execute campaigns across multiple channels. Utilizing analytics tools, you'll track campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and monitor customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and promote program enrollment effectively. Your contributions will be essential to the success of our certification offerings.
Responsibilities
Mastery Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for the successful launch and ongoing promotion of mastery programs.
Define audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing campaigns for different mastery programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Campaign Development & Execution:
Collaborate with content creators to develop certification-specific content, including webinars, workshops, and marketing collateral.
Ensure that messaging and content align with mastery program objectives and resonate with the target audience.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote mastery programs across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
Coordinate campaign scheduling and deployment to maximize program enrollment.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Extract actionable insights from data to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor customer feedback and sentiment related to mastery programs.
Technical Competencies:
Product Marketing: Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies for mastery programs.
Content Development: Ability to collaborate with content creators to develop certification-specific content.
Campaign Management: Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Experience:

Experience in marketing certification programs or related areas is a plus.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Manager with experience in the iGaming industry to lead our teams within the Product Marketing & Operations department. This role is critical in connecting marketing, product, and operations to ensure high-impact go-to-market (GTM) execution, operational excellence, and ongoing marketing support for product performance across our brands.
You will oversee product marketing strategies, operations planning, and cross-functional coordination across multiple game verticals, driving game provider partnerships, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists across multiple verticals (e.g., Sports, Live Dealer, Slots, eSports, Instant Games, P2P).
- Set clear priorities and provide guidance on campaign execution, issue management, and product lifecycle ownership.
- Establish best practices for GTM planning, market performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Define and execute the department’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with product and brand strategies.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Design, CRM, and Tech teams to deliver successful product launches, campaigns, and enhancements.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases, market rollouts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to localize and adapt assets for different markets.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to support campaign tracking, product communication, and issue management.
- Monitor product KPIs and work with stakeholders to improve adoption, engagement, and ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and optimize operational workflows.
- Act as a central point of contact between Marketing, Product, Design, SEO, Customer Support, and external providers.
- Ensure alignment of market priorities, launch timelines, and dependency management.
- Represent in sprint reviews, roadmap planning, and performance reviews.
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, product operations, or GTM execution, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of sports betting, casino, or slot games is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and brands.
