As an AI Trainer you will play a key part in training large language models that power our AI-native games. Your contributions will fine-tune our models’ performance across several departments (with a specific focus on emotional intelligence and logic) helping to create an immersive user experience within our fictional worlds.
There are 4 main areas: LLM, Creative Content Writer, Audio, Video
- Annotate game content such as dialogues, quests, character interactions, scripts, and TTS (text to speech), action/movement, dialog, facial expressions, and more
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players’ gaming experience
- Create in-depth world building, comprehensive characters, mini-plots, personality profiles, and other relevant details
- Annotate and evaluate model responses against our internal language & logic rubrics in an effort to improve dialogue and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible
- Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large language models and audio and video generation technologies
- Graduated from Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Technology / IT / Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analysis, Psychology, Philosophy, Copywriting
- The position is open to fresh graduates
- Have a passion for gaming, especially those experienced in narrative-driven or role-playing games
- Language requirement- C1 & above (from TDCX - English Assessment)
- Nice to have: Previous experience working with AI models (including RLHF, editing, evaluating, and auditing AI data)
- Nice to have: Previous experience working with data (including data analysis, data manipulation, data reporting)

The Company
Adecco is recruiting on behalf of our client, a regional leader in payroll and HR solutions, serving clients across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other key markets.
The Role
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive (Fresh Graduate) to support end-to-end payroll operations and ensure smooth client service delivery across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily payroll operations for clients in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and statutory submissions to meet client satisfaction.
Assist with payroll-related tax matters and respond to client queries professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to address client requests efficiently.
Ideal Candidate
Degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply .
Basic understanding of the payroll cycle, statutory contributions, and compliance requirements.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written); Cantonese is a plus.
Strong numerical sense and attention to detail.
Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; eager to learn payroll systems.
Able to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Adaptable, responsible, and results-driven with a proactive mindset.

Program Overview
Our Graduate Program provides an immersive experience in our company from day 1.
The program starts with a one-week Global Induction in Milan with trainings and activities led by the Prysmian Academy in collaboration with a Top-Ranking Business School.
Following your induction, you will be part of a one-year job rotation in 2 different departments: Research & Development and Operations in one of our production sites.
After the first year of rotation, you will take a role in the Country you have been hired in for 12 months aligned to business needs and your interests. The position will be technical, mainly based in one of our production sites, strongly linked to the core of our business.
Then, after completing your second year, you will start your international assignment for a duration of 3 years in one of our 50+ countries.

TUMCREATE is a multidisciplinary research platform of the Technical University Munich (TUM) at the Singapore Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE). We are joining forces with universities, public agencies, and industry for the advancement of future technologies.
Our large-scale Food Science ‘Proteins4Singapore’ program is funded by Singapore’s National Research Foundation (NRF). Job Purpose/Objective of the Position:
We are preparing a major public outreach event on alternative proteins (9 November 2025) as part of the TFoodS Conference at Punggol Digital District. The event will feature an interactive exhibition with hands-on demos, show kitchen, food sampling, arts & crafts, and microtalks, designed to engage a broad public audience.
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating impactful and visually engaging materials that bring science to life for the public. This includes developing visuals for exhibition panels, hands-on activity guides, digital media, and promotional collateral. Working closely with researchers and the event team, you will help ensure that complex scientific ideas are communicated clearly, creatively, and accessibly. We are also collaborating with the Science Centre on this event, who will serve as feedback.
Contract duration:
To start as soon as possible and until mid-November 2025. Please let us know if you prefer to work full-time or part-time at how many hours per week. Our salary range is a guide/negotiable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and produce graphics for exhibition panels, posters, and info boards.
- Develop engaging visual assets for hands-on activities, games, and interactive demonstrations.

- Adapt scientific content into clear, accessible visual formats for the public.
- Collaborate with researchers and the outreach team to align visuals with event themes.
