Description and Requirements


We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Development Architect to lead the development of Lenovo’s AI technology platform. This role is responsible for designing and delivering core AI infrastructure components, including GenAI-based model development platforms, enterprise knowledge & data platform, and intelligent agents. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering skills with deep expertise in GenAI technologies to drive scalable, intelligent solutions across Lenovo’s product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development & Technical Leadership:
Lead the design and development of Lenovo’s AI technology platform, including GenAI-powered model training and inference pipelines, RAG-based knowledge systems, and intelligent agents.
Collaborate with product and other teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise products and services.
Evaluate and adopt leading GenAI frameworks, tools, and best practices to accelerate innovation.

2. Global Team Collaboration:
Partner with global engineering teams in Malaysia, Singapore, and other locations to drive AI infrastructure development.
Establish standards and reusable components to ensure consistency and reusability across projects.
Mentor engineers and promote cross-functional collaboration in AI solution design.

3. Customer & Business Support:
Work with solution and product teams to define and deliver customer-specific AI solutions.
Participate in technical consulting, POCs, and real-world deployment of AI applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or GenAI platform architecture.
- Strong programming proficiency in Java and Python, with solid experience in Spring and Spring Cloud frameworks.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and Scrum-based agile development.
- In-depth knowledge of GenAI technologies including transformers, fine-tuning, inference, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent frameworks.
- Experience with GenAI tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar open-source frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in delivering real-world GenAI applications such as AI assistants, copilots, content generation tools, or knowledge bots.
- Familiarity with LLM serving, vector databases, and open-source model integration is a strong plus.

Job Description: As a resourceful, fluent English-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) at AI Sales DR, you will play a crucial role in using our proprietary AI technology to deliver results that exceed the expectations of our customers. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects & generating leads by setting up discovery meetings or calls for our customers via email campaigns and cold calling. This is in partnership with our GTM engineer, to jointly reinvent the Sales function in the era of AI and contribute inputs towards the building of Agentic AI workflows & automation. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Research & Prospecting

- Research and identify potential leads across LinkedIn, Google etc. with the aid of AI tools,

- Enrich contacts via leading tools & obtain verified contacts,

- Research and profile key decision-makers at target companies.

- Set up and execute hyper-personalised outbound email campaigns using our AI tools and email marketing/automation platforms (e.g. Instantly, Lemlist, Mailjet),

- Analyse email campaigns, optimize email automation and act on signals with cold calls,

- Coordinate and schedule follow-ups with interested prospects and our customers.

  • Cold Calling & Lead Qualification

- Make cold calls in fluent English to follow up on email leads or direct cold calls without fear,

- Qualify the lead, gather key information, and book meetings or calls for our customers,

- Handle objections professionally and build rapport with prospects.

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and Customer reporting

- Maintain CRM hygiene via data accuracy in CRM and other systems,

- Organize lead data clearly and track progress,

- Provide Customer reporting related to outreach efforts with our AI tools and adjust campaigns as per discussions & strategic realignment with customers to maximize impact and customer’s satisfaction.

Success in this role means a) meeting or exceeding pipeline and quota goals and contributing to the overall success of the sales team by generating qualified discovery meetings for the customers’ Account Executives and b) in depth collaboration with our GTM engineer to analyse & identify critical paths, bottlenecks and to jointly invent new AI agentic workflows.

Requirements:

·Fluent spoken and written English – this is non-negotiable as cold calling is a key part of the role

·Minimum of 1+ years of strong experience in sales outreach & lead generation .

·Proven ability to make professional cold calls and handle client conversations with confidence

·Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic campaign setup and sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

·Excellent organizational and time management skills

·Self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable – able to work independently and hit deadlines
