Senior Technician
-All Junior Technician responsibilities.
-Set up and configure network products (e.g., TP-Link, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.).
-Install and configure security systems (e.g., CCTV, NVR, IP Cameras – HIK, Dahua, Cynics, etc.).
-Troubleshoot network and security system issues at customer sites.
-Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
-Basic knowledge of IT repair (for Junior Technician).
-Strong knowledge of networking and security systems (for Senior Technician).
-Willing to learn and adapt to new technology.
