JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE AS A MANAGER, NETWORK PLANNING
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
- Accountable to identify, evaluate and develop new flying opportunities. Assess various route performance factors such as current demand, growth trend, market fare, competitive landscape, cost structure and commercial strength and provide management with thoroughly researched business cases supported by P&L forecasts on route and fleet decisions.
- Review route network performance in order to detect profitability gaps and provide data-driven suggestions to influence various stakeholders from Revenue Management, Scheduling, Sales and/or Operations toward corrective actions.
- Keep abreast of changing market dynamics from both the demand and supply perspectives, including ethnic connections, labour movements, tourism trends and geopolitical swings, competitor movement, network updates, frequency changes, and gauge adjustments.
- Prepare and represent AirAsia Group Network Planning participation in both internal and external stakeholder engagements. Internal engagements include weekly commercial updates, monthly CEO P&L reviews, and annual budget updates. External engagements include vendor management, conference attendance, market visit and airport collaboration.
- Oversee and responsible for the management and accuracy of key Network Planning datasets such as the Group Route Rollout, Frequency Table, Aircraft Assignment Plans, and ad-hoc data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and guide a team of network planning executives, ensuring timely and high-quality output of route analyses, reports, and stakeholder materials. Provide coaching and development for junior team members.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in aviation related fields, engineering, statistics, economics, or other equivalent qualification.
- Airline / Aviation experience: 5+ years.
- Network Planning, Revenue Management, Commercial/Sales: 2+ years.
- Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to strategic initiatives in consulting, network strategy, or commercial analytics, ideally in aviation or a complex operations-driven environment.
- Knowledge of airline network planning, scheduling, revenue management, sales & distribution along with a sound knowledge of airline economic and financial theory.
- Experience with network planning/scheduling software and airline data sources such as PaxIS/MIDT, OAG/Innovata, Infare and ARMS.
- Experience with MS Office in particular Excel and Powerpoint along with database tool knowledge such as SQL, Big Query or Tableau is a plus.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Supply Network Planning Advisor to lead the replenishment of finished goods across the supply network in our local markets. This role ensures the right finished goods' stock is in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and supply chain efficiency. It includes optimizing production planning to ensure efficient capacity utilization and making sure raw materials are delivered on time to support production schedules, as well as aligning supply and demand to meet service, cost, and inventory targets.
Using the Global Planning Digital tool, the Supply Planner leads the planning of finished goods and raw materials across warehouses and source plants. They ensure medium-to-long-term network capacity is available, resolve capacity constraints, and track the Capacity:Demand (C:D) ratio. The role involves close collaboration with various global supply chain teams to model production and raw material capacity for the regional S&OP process using Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).
This position requires validated supply planning experience, strong analytical skills and ideally some experience with digital planning tools, combined with the ability to cultivate positive and collaborative working relationships with supply chain planning colleagues in Pune and other markets.
What you will deliver
Supply Network Replenishment Planning
- Develop and complete Finished Good supply replenishment plans to balance supply and demand across regional warehouses and stocking points in our regions, and ensure appropriate dependent demand is placed on our manufacturing and source sites using our Planning tool.
- Carry out medium to long term supply network projections to identify constraints and possible mitigations to feed recommendations into Regional Supply Review of S&OP
- Own the regional process for finished goods stock allocation, based on forecasted demand, service level targets, and inventory policies.
Production Planning
- Lead mid-to-long-term production planning across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with demand and inventory goals. Identify capacity constraints using Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to support the monthly Supply Review. Maintain accurate production planning data-such as batch sizes, capacities, and cycle times-in collaboration with Manufacturing, Procurement, and other teams, in line with global planning standards.
Raw Material Planning
- Plan Raw Material Needs : Develop and implement mid-to-long-term raw material plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets across all sites and partners.
- Collaborate with Procurement : Share plans with suppliers and communicate monthly variances in collaboration with Procurement.
- Run Supply Risks : Identify raw material and supplier constraints to advise the monthly Supply Review led by the S&OP Manager.
- Maintain Accurate Planning Data : Ensure raw material planning data (e.g., lead times, order quantities) is accurate and updated per global planning standards, working with cross-functional teams.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Ensure inventory availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence. Mitigate risks like stockouts and overstocking. Collaborate with key planning and procurement teams to run product flow.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the Supply Planning Delivery lead, MRP planners, Procurement and plant teams to align production and replenishment strategies with business objectives (e.g. Make to order, make to stock)
- Support the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by working closely with S&OE Planning Delivery Leads, and S&OP Manager, providing insights and recommendations to resolve supply constraints and deliver improved availability balanced against cost and inventory
Systems & Reporting
- Use our end-to-end planning tool to implement Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Raw Material net requirements for medium to long-term using Scenario functionality to explore "what if" options to improve service and availability balanced against cost and inventory
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (critical metrics) including plan and schedule adherence, capacity utilization, availability, our own raw material forecast accuracy on supplier, raw material inventory turns, and supplier performance, stock turn rates, and forecast consumption.
- Drive process improvements to improve planning accuracy and supply chain responsiveness and support transformation initiatives to drive production agility and improve availability and efficient inventory.
What you will need to be successful
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG or manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in Supply Planning using a sophisticated digital Planning tool.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software (Kinaxis desirable) and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4 Hana)
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal and able to optimally work with multiple collaborators across the global supply chain function in India and other countries.
- Ability to run multiple priorities in a dynamic, global and fast-paced environment.

- Identify medium to long term constraints through carrying out Robust Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), to feed the monthly Supply Review conducted by the S&OP Manager.
- Own and ensure production planning data reflects reality and is updated in line with global planning governance requirements, working with Plant Manufacturing, Procurement and other teams to gather and maintain (e.g. batch sizes, validated and theoretical capacity, cycle times, calendars).
- Develop and handle mid-to-long-term raw material plans to meet the total business needs across all regional manufacturing sites and relevant 3rd parties, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets; working in collaboration with Procurement to ensure these are shared with suppliers and monthly variances are understood and communicated.
- Support New Product Introductions or Tender opportunities by scenario-planning and ensuring raw material readiness and availability.
- Own and assess the process to understand raw material and supplier constraints and risk of disruption, to feed into the monthly Supply Review conducted by the S&OP Manager
- Work with Supply Delivery Leads and MRP planners to identify mitigations and options to resolve short term disruptions, including raw material shortages, and demand fluctuations.
- Own and ensure appropriate raw material planning data reflects reality, and is updated in line with global planning governance requirements, working with Procurement, MPS planners, Plant manufacturing, and other teams to gather and maintain (e.g. order quantities, lead times, calendars)

Our client is a leading LCC with extensive international and domestic operations across multiple bases in Asia.
They are currently looking for an analytical, commercially-minded, and market savvy individual to take on the role as Manager, Network Planning – Indonesia who will lead the design, development and optimization of the airline’s fastest growing the most strategic network to/from Indonesia.
The ideal candidate must possess strong cultural and linguistic fluency in Bahasa and English, with a profound understanding of Indonesia’s aviation landscape, passenger trends, competition, and regulatory environment.
This position will require relocation to be on-site in their HQ and will be on expatriate terms.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for shaping the airline's Indonesian network strategy by identifying new route opportunities, optimizing performance, and ensuring sustainable growth.
- Identify and evaluate new domestic and international route opportunities, developing data-driven business cases and forecasts.
- Monitor route performance, collaborating with Revenue Management, Scheduling, and Operations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Analyze domestic traffic trends, tourism developments, competitor strategies, and regulatory updates to support decision-making.
- Represent network planning in internal forums and build strong relationships with airports, regulators, and industry partners.
- Maintain updated network data, support management requests, and ensure effective route planning execution.
- Mentor and lead Network Planning Executives, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Required to effectively engage with Indonesian stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
- Minimum 5 years in airline/aviation industry, with at least 2 years in network planning, revenue management, or commercial roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia’s aviation regulatory framework, bilateral agreements, slot coordination, and airline economic principles.
- Proficiency in network planning software and airline data tools such as MIDT, OAG, Cirium, Infare, ARMS, and Excel. Knowledge of SQL, Big Query, and Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to balance big-picture strategy with operational detail.
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, influence senior leaders, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Job DescriptionBe part of the team in the CIFPS of Finance to manage the University’s Capital Budget with the aim to deliver a financially sustainable capital plan for the University and to support development accounting for capital projects.
The incumbent will be reporting to Deputy Director
Duties & Responsibilities
The incumbent will be exposed to CIFPS activities, including reviewing business case for capital proposals, processing capital project request proposals and managing development accounting to business partnering the Office of the University Campus Infrastructure for financial planning and analysis support to the units.
Capital Budget Planning and Analysis
- Evaluate capital (building infrastructure related) proposal which includes performing business case analysis, computing project financials i.e. NPV, returns on investment etc.
- Manage university capital resources which includes updating the University’s Capital Plan
- Process capital project request and handle development accounting activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure capital funding
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support the UCI in their financial planning and budgeting process
Ad-hoc Activities
- Participate in projects within and across departments to streamline management reporting or implement best financial practices for a financially sustainable university capital framework.
Qualifications- Bachelor Degree preferably in Business or Accountancy
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and services.
- Meticulous, numerically inclined with strong analytical, problem-solving.
- Good written and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively across all levels, including with senior staff members.
- Resourceful individual who can work independently and as a team.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and any other analytical tools. Apt in learning new system/software.
