- Create and Maintain detailed documentation; but not limited to network diagrams/configuration logs, runbooks, and capacity records.

7. Vendor and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliverables.

8. Upgrades, Optimizations and Projects
- Provide network support; discussions and participation in technical workshops for internal and external projects/ initiatives.

- Identify and propose improvements throughout business processes, systems, and platforms.
9. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
- Plan and test network DR processes, back/ up restore configurations and maintain fallback connectivity
- Create and maintain DR Runbook
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen.
- Obtain a pass in Bahasa Melayu, including an oral test in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science/ information technology or equivalent which is recognized by the Government from any local or abroad higher learning institution with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Network Operations.
- In depth knowledge in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, VPN, QoS, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, NetFlow; proficiency managing routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, public cloud networking
- CCNA/ CCNP or any other Networking Certifications are an added advantage
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and ability to work together in a team environment.
- Hands-on experience for Routing/ Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers
- Hands-on experience in networking within Public Cloud is an added advantage
- Ability to conduct technical assessments and POCs.
- Advisory skills for new integrations and tools.
- Ability to see a task from assignment to completion with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Willingness to learn and share any information.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including after-hours support when required
- Willing to travel and work in Kwasa Damansara Office (HQ)
