Lead market research & analysis to identify trends & opportunities in semiconductor industry. Analyse client’s business, market, competitors and make appropriate inferences. Also, interpret data in context of industry and company specific issues.
Provide support to the client facing teams and/or handle client projects directly.
Contribute significantly to areas such as analyses of client’s problem statements/technology trends, building assets and accelerators, developing GTM strategies etc., thereby bringing value to the client; The reports that you generate will be incorporated into our client reports
Participate in RFPs and execute client projects
Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers & presentations, on semiconductor topics

Your experience counts!
Bachelors/Masters in engineering (or equivalent) + MBA
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in semiconductor industry (working for an IDM/foundry in manufacturing space) and/or management consulting handling semiconductor clients
Prior experience in customer management and/or conducting research and preparing client ready reports
Post MBA experience in one or more of the following:
Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Organization Strategy, Pricing & Profit Optimization, GTM, Growth & Innovation, Strategic Planning, Sales & Distribution, Consumer Marketing, Digital Commerce, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc. - in semiconductor industry.

Analyze PLM and Planisware system performance, identify usability issues, and propose system and process enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (including IT, development, and business teams) to design, test, and validate system updates and new features.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance user experience and reduce inefficiencies.
Contribute feedback to support business process optimization and future system roadmap planning.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for PLM and Planisware systems, offering advanced troubleshooting, user support, and guidance.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), training guides, and work instructions.
Oversee and ensure quality control of part and document reviews, including correct team assignments and compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure accurate integration of product data into ERP systems in line with approved procedures.
Manage IT service requests related to PLM and Planisware, coordinating issue resolution and prioritization.
Communicate effectively across departments and levels of seniority to address system issues, process changes, and support requirements.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in customer service, business support, manufacturing, logistics, shared services.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role with proven experience managing teams/ complex projects or equivalent proven experience managing people or projects and delivering results through others.
Strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), change management, and document control processes.
High attention to detail and analytical skills for data validation and compliance checks.

Job Description
You will be the technical lead for SMART Factory aspirations including Automation, Operational Technology (OT) systems and Level 3 process control leadership.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the timely delivery of security projects within the country manufacturing site.
- Lead the project implementation (end-to-end) at country level – such as requirements gathering, develop Scope of Work, procurement, vendor management, training, and handover to BAU operations.
- Oversee day-to-day OT network security operation and provide support and troubleshooting of issue reported.
- Define the governance and support model.
- Ensure the effectiveness and availability of network and security systems.
- Ensure security controls deployed in manufacturing site complies with security metrics and SLA.
- Performing network maintenance and OT system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- Managing of endpoint security agents and patching.
- Support BAU related to network and security request.
- Support other engineering functions such as network, L3, operations and applications.
- Participating with ASEAN Network and Information Security team on project initiatives and the transition to BAU operational activities.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of IT/OT network security related experience in implementation, and support of medium to large sized networks environments such as LAN/WLAN/SDWAN, VLAN, DNS, industrial Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN, wireless network.
- Have experience as the escalation point and technical owner for incidents/alerts regarding security vulnerabilities.
- Experience in network firewall and switch configurations, network segmentation, remote desktop services, network monitoring, EOL/EOS devices replacement, security agent installation, driving pen test, and patching.

What You'll Do
- Promoting a safe and healthy work environment including leading by example in the development of and adherence to safe systems of work.
- Process Control leadership to ensure automated systems meet the technical and quality requirements.
- Development and continuous improvement of OT systems and equipment in line with site master plan.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of automation equipment, L3 systems, data loggers and other OT systems.
- Deliver Engineering to a high Industrial standard with a focus of safety in design.
- Provides mentoring of Instrumentation technicians to ensure a system is in place for inspection, calibration and repair of all instrumentation devices including transmitter, transducer, control valve etc. within the area of responsibilities.
- Ensure all software and hardware of PLC, DCS, VSD and PC are available and that an effective maintenance strategy is in place.
- Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Engineering of Automation systems, instrumentation and control.
- Experience in heavy industry or complex manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy industrial control equipment; PLC or DCS, Closed Loop Control and Instrumentation
- Understands safety rated automation and hardware requirements, ensures systems are in place to maintain safety ratings
- Has experience of implementing quality management systems and enforcing safety and environmental regulations.
- Able to initiate, propose and execute continuous improvement and development initiatives in OT systems to support Digitalization efforts.

Your Key Responsibilities- Implementation and operation of campus network security solutions globally for the production environment
- Assess and prioritize security risks in OT environments and design appropriate security controls, such as segmentation, access control, and monitoring
- Provision, operation, and further development of the worldwide network security platform
- Provide hands-on technical expertise, software upgrades, security policies management, troubleshooting, new versions and features
- General experience of creating network documentation
- Integrate OT networks with enterprise IT networks, and address security challenges in hybrid environments
- Proven knowledge of network technologies and network segmentation (e.g. security zones, network access control)
- At least 2 years of experience with enterprise-grade leading networks
- Practical knowledge of market leading network security vendors and Cisco (routers, switches)
- Initiative, willingness to learn, and customer orientation as well as experience in change processes
- Knowledge of network equipment monitoring (SNMP, Rest API, dedicated tools: e.g. Nagios, CheckMK)
- Palo Alto Networks Certified, or Fortinet Network Security Expert
- Industry-recognized network & security certifications (e.g; CCNA, CCNP)
- Familiarity with Ansible or any other configuration management tool
- Familiarity with Jinja, TCL, Python, and bash scripting
- Experience with REST API requests.

Primary Functions
- To provide implementation service including managing customers and timeline.
- To obtain technical certification for products that company distributes.
- To help customers in matching requirement into product/solutions.
- To provide workable (or alternative) solution based on customer’s requirement.
- To conduct Product Hands-on Training to customers and partners
- To be able to carry out installation and configuration by reading manual when given a new product when there is no prior training given.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Working after office hours, Sat/Sun/Public
Secondary Functions
- To support Sales personnel in sales process, e.g. product features/functionalities clarification, implementation consideration, tender compliance, etc.
- To work closely with Sales personnel to help manage a few strategic accounts
- To conduct POC to secure sales.
- The above functions will be based on products/solutions that company distributes.
- Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Hands-on experience on LAN/WAN and security solutions would be an advantage. (Those without can be considered for a junior position)
- Familiar with functionalities of IP networks & routing protocol, BGP, OSPF, DNS, AD, Proxy, etc.
- Ability to work independently but still a team player.
- Territory Qualification preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge / Experience in Firewall, Proxy, Anti-spam, VMware, Load Balancer would be an advantage.
- Those without can be considered for a junior position
- Product certification like Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Check Point CCSE, Bluecoat BCCPP, Brocade BCNP/BCLP would be advantage. *Those without can be considered for a junior position
