Overview
To lead and manage the strategic and operational functions of the Medical Network Management department, ensuring an efficient, cost-effective, and accessible panel provider network that supports the company’s business goals and enhances policyholder experience. This role plays a key part in supporting Operations through effective provider governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of the network ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Drive the overall direction and priorities of Medical Network Management department in line with Company and operational strategies.
- Oversee the inclusion, review, and removal of panel hospitals through a structured, criteria-based process.
- Ensure that all network decisions are aligned with cost sustainability, accessibility, and medical quality.
- Lead commercial and operational discussions with panel providers to secure favorable terms, value-added services, and service level improvements.
- Foster collaborative relationships with key providers while upholding the company’s governance standards.
- Lead initiatives related to the development and sustainability of the medical provider network.
- Ensure network activities such as empanelment, contract management, and performance monitoring, are governed by clear SOPs and are audit-compliant.
- Contribute to business planning, cost management efforts, and healthcare strategy through insights and network data.
- Collaborate with other departments/stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of provider management into broader operations.
- Provide guidance, coaching and direction to the team to ensure high performance and delivery of department objectives.

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in healthcare or health administration related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Network Development and Management in healthcare and insurance.
- Experience directing Network Management Contracting, Processes & Services is essential.
- Communicate effectively in writing, orally, and with others to assimilate, understand, and convey information, in a manner consistent with job functions.
- Strong business acumen with communication, analytical, problem solving, documentation and organization skills.
- Good knowledge in current healthcare delivery systems and hospital patient management and billing system.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional, you’ll help clients across a variety of industries in the areas of Learning Design and Development, Change Management and HR Transformation. Job Responsibilities- Manage complex HR Transformation Programs and lead a team to design, develop & implement new employee experience, HR Operating Model & Solutions.
- Understand and translate customer needs into implementable business solutions to enable long-term success
- Analyze and design best-in-class HR operating models according to client needs
- Understand analysis of the as-is and to-be HR processes
- Design new HR business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings
- Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes
- Define future state digital HR ecosystems of technologies (HCM/Experience platforms and best-of-breed/AI solutions) with the associated roadmap
- Support clients in selecting fit-for-purpose HR technology solutions that align with their HR/Talent strategy
- Bring functional expertise and market insights to clients in specific domains (e.g. talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, learning, etc.)
- Help deliver Digital HR Transformation programs, supporting the design and deploying of an integrated digital core (with HCM/Experience platform solutions such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow)
- Manage and execute a program plan using planning, communication and training skills
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, post a Bachelor's Degree, of which significant experience is in Human Resource transformation space. Consulting experience would be preferred.
- Fundamental understanding of the HR domains across the value chain and an awareness of key trends in the talent & organization world.

- Experience with HR process design, service delivery models and managing change - especially related to HCM platforms
- Project management skills including establishment of tracking and monitoring mechanisms
- Experience working in or with international markets especially APAC, Middle East, Europe is an added benefit
