What you'll be doing
Dealer Network Expansion & Recruitment
- Identify potential locations and business partners for dealer network growth
- Assist in evaluating & on-boarding new dealers in alignment with corporate standards

- Track all network development projects including new appointments, relocations and terminations

- Oversee facility relocation, renovation, and upgrading projects to ensure compliance with brand image and corporate guidelines
- Coordinate site visits, progress inspections, and contractor follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to project scopes, budgets, and approvals
Cross-department coordination
- Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Aftersales, Branding and Finance to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of business objectives
- Support inter-department initiatives related to network operations and performance improvement
Meeting preparation & presentation support
- Compile and prepare presentation materials, reports and data for monthly management meetings
- Assist in preparing visual aids, analysis charts, and performance dashboards
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all presentation content
