Overview
Develops and implements strategies to strengthen the company’s dealer network, ensuring competitiveness against other OEMs. Evaluates dealership business models and investor feasibility, supports incentive structures, and collaborates on Corporate Identity projects. Manages dealer restructuring applications, negotiates lease terms, and oversees departmental costs to optimize asset utilization. Leads ad hoc projects and ensures team compliance with company policies, supporting management with analysis and reporting as needed.
Responsibilities- Plan and develop strategies for the Company's network that can support the AMP plan.
- Analyze other OEM network strength to ensure Company's network strength in a better position compared to other OEM.
- Develop dealership business model and evaluate business feasibility studies from potential investors.
- Support superiors formulate incentive structure and monitor the incentive payment to support dealers.
- Develop and work with User Operation department in Corporate Identity (CI) Project.
- Assess application from dealer to restructure their shareholding and directorship of the company (Dealers).
- Negotiate with Landlords to secure the competitive rental rate, terms & conditions to the company.
- Initiate ad hoc project work and presentations, provide relevant analysis and information as required by the Management.
- Optimize assets utilization by managing the Departmental cost including OPEX and CAPEX expenditures and comply to Company cost reduction exercise.
- Perform any task as instructed by the superior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network/dealer planning or a related role, with a proven track record of success in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of OEM networks, dealership operations, and automotive market dynamics.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, coordinating with various departments, and delivering presentations to senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels, including investors, dealers, landlords, and internal teams.

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
