Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve site financial and operational performance for 'wholesale' site.
- Manage a network of Retail Fuel Service Stations and lead service station dealers to achieve operational excellence
- Drive marketing programs in order to achieve planned volume, revenue, and margin growth
- Actively keep a pulse on market and competitor activities and recommend strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service station dealers with regular site visits and team meetings, to ensure continuous delivery of outstanding customer service and implement ongoing business initiatives and assist with administrative requirement of relationship.
- Work closely with customer service, business support, supply chain, distribution, and governing bodies.
- Communicate and negotiate changes in rent / license fees (apply to CODO sites)
- Manage the retail profitability through counseling on Retail pricing and improvement on sales volume.
- Monitor changes in site / market factors that may require and adjustment to site operation.
- Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met and that a process to identify and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction is working effectively.
- Ensure that effective promotional and site appearance execution.
- Ensure development and training of site operators, coordinate continuous learning workshops and seminars for Dealers/Station staff to support the implementation of the marketing plan with emphasis on delivery of world class customer service.
- Ensure effective implementation of all SSHE/OIMS and Controls policies.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in Retail or Sales related field
- Effective organizational management, communication, strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills
- Willing to travel and possess own transport
- Willing to be based throughout Malaysia (Flexibility in relocating)
- Open in multiple locations across Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah & Sarawak )

Your teamYou will report to a Sales Manager – Consumer Health and will be immersed in a great working environment with good working relationships between colleagues and peers.
How success looks like- Functional performance – Visit all customers in designated area by executing the Monthly Itinerary as planned; daily submission on Sales Call Plan and monthly submission on summarized Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE).
- Revenue and profits – Offer the right trade deal/bonus according to customer category and quantity purchase.
- Time-based performance – Must achieve the given target by month and quarter (3 months) by 100% and above to enjoy sales incentive.
- Employee growth – Attractive incentive will be offered to 120% achiever on Quarterly basis. We also progressively provide trainings to ensure your market knowledge and personal development are at your peak.
- Promote, detail and sell product within assigned territory and/or segment
- Implement sales plans and activities
- Head customer management and drive new customer development
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives
- Gather market feedback
- Recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information, and ensure the necessary information is forwarded to the Local Drug Safety Officer (LDSO) in Procter & Gamble (M) Sdn. Bhd. (P&G) within 24 hours
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Sales experience in similar capacity is preferred
- Able to think ‘out of the box’
- Good interpersonal as well as presentation skills
- Abe to handle and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel and Power Point
