Job Description
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in VoIP or IPPBX.
- Manage the full sales process: lead generation, technical discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract closing.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Build long-term relationships with IT decision-makers, network engineers, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new clients.
- Act as a technical liaison post-sale, facilitating communication between clients and internal engineering or support teams.
- Continuously engage with clients to identify upsell opportunities and ensure satisfaction with deployed solutions.
- Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client input and market needs.
- Stay current on VoIP technologies, UC platforms, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in vendor training, certification programs, and internal enablement sessions to maintain deep technical knowledge.
- Preferably a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunication, Sales and Marketing or any related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in selling IT products or in the telecommunication or IT integration space.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking, VLANs, and VOIP.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into business-friendly presentations.
