We are looking for Sales Executive in Technical Industry to join our team.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting, using LinkedIn and other innovative channels.
- Voice of the Future: Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media, showcasing how our software solutions can transform their business.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that lead to sales.
- Growth Hacker: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop strategies that drive business growth and shape the future of customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Sales, IT or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the software or IT industry
- Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and closing deals
- Keen to learn about our technology and industry, with the ability to quickly grasp and apply new information
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malay

Job Description
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in VoIP or IPPBX.
- Manage the full sales process: lead generation, technical discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract closing.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Build long-term relationships with IT decision-makers, network engineers, and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding of new clients.
- Act as a technical liaison post-sale, facilitating communication between clients and internal engineering or support teams.
- Continuously engage with clients to identify upsell opportunities and ensure satisfaction with deployed solutions.
- Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client input and market needs.
- Stay current on VoIP technologies, UC platforms, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Participate in vendor training, certification programs, and internal enablement sessions to maintain deep technical knowledge.
- Preferably a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunication, Sales and Marketing or any related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in selling IT products or in the telecommunication or IT integration space.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking, VLANs, and VOIP.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into business-friendly presentations.
