In this position, you would be working within Accenture Products and Platforms (APP). APP operates a portfolio of product-mindset business units inside Accenture - each with a shared mission to codify industry and functional knowledge into valuable and differentiated software assets for sale to Accenture clients or as market-facing products in clients' own offerings. APP teams overlay Pragmatic frameworks and Agile methodologies to create value and deliver excellence every day. APP products and platforms accelerate time-to-value, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive productive, long-term client engagements. What you'll do
* Develop application and component in line with the business strategy for one or more programs.
* Research, design, build and maintain application and component.
* Build and leverage reusable code and libraries for future use.
* Implement and set security and data direction for the coding work.
* Understand business drivers that will impact performance and implement in coding practice.
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to production support staff
Skills and experiences
* At least 3 years of experience in Mobile development and have solid understanding on it.
* At least 3 years of experience in backend development
* At least 3 years of experience covering one or more of the following:
* At least 3 years of experience covering one or more of the following: Ionic (Priority), JavaScript, .Net, MSSQL
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT
* It would be great if you also may have the experience with (not limited to)
* common architecture frameworks and services, including those available from Open-Source communities.
* Azure cloud platform.
* web technologies such as HTML5, AngularJS, React JS, React Native CSS and JavaScript.
* Node.js, JavaScript, JSON and Microservice.
* integration technologies such as web services, SOAP, REST, XML.
* continuous integration and related tooling such as: Jenkins/Hudson, Nexus, ESLint, Selenium, Sonar, Maven, Ant, GIT.
* management and development in SQL Server database (T-SQL, Stored Procedure, Trigger, etc.).
* full stack web development (both frontend and backend)
* good knowledge or experience on cloud development especially on Azure or SAP cloud
* certified or attended training related to SQL or cloud development
* SQL performance tuning
* tools like RabbitMQ or related messaging broker

The Business Development Manager is responsible to generate new business for the company, worldwide, leveraging own client portfolio and relationships, in order to grow the company's client base and revenue. The ideal candidate needs to be highly proactive, client oriented, with excellent relationship and cold sales skills, generate qualified leads and help the company achieve financial gain and customer satisfaction. This role is part of the business development team and includes performance targets.

What will you do:

• Leverage previous relationships and customer portfolio to generate sales and revenue
• Build and enhance the leads database for the company through cold sales
• Provide product demonstrations to potential customers and understand their requirements
• Create a positive sales experience, by providing timely and professional assistance
• Engage and work with external introducers, and maintain good relationships with partners
• Support marketing activities by attending conferences and other marketing events
• Maintain a solid understanding of the financial markets and Forex industry
• Maintain a solid understanding of company's offering and forthcoming release

Who are we looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar institutional/solution sales role
• Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solution selling
• In-depth knowledge of working with CRMs, lead tracking and following sales targets
• Knowledge in forex is a must, experience with Fintech and forex software is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English & Chinese is a must.
• Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize different tasks quickly
• Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
• Great communication skills
• Results driven and self-motivated
