Base pay range

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Krispy Kreme Doughnut shop.
  • To deliver the highest standard quality of service by handling customer complaints, conducting customer service evaluation and achieving the customer service rating target.
  • Ensure staffing, inventory levels are appropriate so as to allow for smooth operation of the shop.
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Assist in stock take and upsell promotions
  • Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the outlets
  • Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Application should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

About The Role

We're actively seeking a talented and experienced Mid/Senior Salesforce Developer to join our innovative team. What You'll Do

  • Develop and Optimize: Design, build, and enhance Salesforce workflows, logic, and data architecture using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support complex business processes.
  • Integrate and Connect: Develop and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using various web service concepts (SOAP, REST, HTTP) and best practices for APIs and external sync agents.
  • Code and Innovate: Serve as a subject matter expert, performing complex coding modules and contributing to programming approaches, tools, and techniques.
  • Ensure Quality: Oversee development standards, conduct code reviews, and provide expert third-level support for Salesforce incidents and defects.
  • Collaborate and Advise: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose optimal Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven Salesforce Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
  • Expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce page development, and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Web Services & Integration: Strong knowledge and practical experience with web services concepts (SOAP, REST, HTTP) and integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party APIs.
  • Proficient in SOQL and a clear understanding of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) concepts.
  • Problem-Solver: A strong ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • An Interest in blockchain, virtual currencies, and financial services is highly favourable.

a) Monitor and analyze cloud spending across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)

b) Work with finance teams to ensure accurate cloud budgeting, forecasting, and chargeback models

c) Optimize storage, networking, and computing costs without impacting performance

d) Leverage FinOps tools (AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, Alibaba Cloud Cost Center, etc.)

4) Security and compliance

a) Collaborate with DevOps and Security team to manage and optimize infrastructure resources and ensure application of industry standard security

b) Collaborate with development teams to design and implement secure infrastructure architectures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data

c) Ensuring compliance with security, audits and regulatory requirements

5) Incident response and troubleshooting

a) Collaborate with different functional teams to address incidents and restore services quickly. Investigate and resolve incidents, apply root cause analysis to prevent recurrence

REQUIREMENTSQualification:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network or related field

· Professional cloud certification

Experiences:

· Proven 3 experience in a Cloud Network or Cloud Infrastructure role

· Strong experience in site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture or a similar role.

Skills:

· Strong knowledge on network and protocols, network security and cloud networking

· Proven strong record of cloud cost optimisation

· Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Basic or advanced cloud certification is a plus.

· Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.

· Knowledge of networking principles and protocols.

· Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and administration.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

About The Role

We're actively seeking a talented and experienced Mid/Senior Salesforce Developer to join our innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to a company with a global customer base. You'll play a crucial role in designing, building, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that drive our business forward.

What You'll Do

Develop and Optimize: Design, build, and enhance Salesforce workflows, logic, and data architecture using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support complex business processes. Integrate and Connect: Develop and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using various web service concepts (SOAP, REST, HTTP) and best practices for APIs and external sync agents. Code and Innovate: Serve as a subject matter expert, performing complex coding modules and contributing to programming approaches, tools, and techniques. Ensure Quality: Oversee development standards, conduct code reviews, and provide expert third-level support for Salesforce incidents and defects. Collaborate and Advise: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose optimal Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

Proven Salesforce Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. Expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce page development, and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Web Services & Integration: Strong knowledge and practical experience with web services concepts (SOAP, REST, HTTP) and integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party APIs. Proficient in SOQL and a clear understanding of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) concepts. Problem-Solver: A strong ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions. An Interest in blockchain, virtual currencies, and financial services is highly favourable.
