About The Role
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the customer’s procurement commodity pool, handling business opportunities, pricing strategies, and ensuring seamless pre-sales and after-sales support. This role requires strong analytical skills, market insight, and negotiation expertise to drive improvement for customer procurement efficiency, maximizing transaction volume, and continuously optimizing gross margin.
Key Responsibilities:
Commodity Pool Management:
- Develop and maintain a structured commodity pool that aligns with customer industry characteristics and procurement needs.
- Optimize product selection to maximize procurement coverage, ensuring seamless integration with the customer’s purchasing system.
- Continuously evaluate and update the commodity pool to reflect market trends, customer demand, and industry best practices.
Procurement System Integration:
- Coordinate with customer procurement and JD systems to ensure smooth data integration and real-time access to commodity information.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient system docking, ensuring ongoing operational effectiveness.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary enhancements to improve procurement efficiency and user experience.
Business Opportunity Management & Demand Analysis:
- Identify and assess daily procurement opportunities, analyzing demand patterns to develop scenario-based commodity pools.
- Work closely with customers to anticipate needs and proactively adjust procurement strategies.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance product offerings and drive natural procurement growth.
Pricing Strategy & Cost Optimization:
- Conduct price inquiries, cost analysis, and assist in procurement for supplier negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and maximize profitability.
- Implement cost control measures while ensuring product quality and availability.
- Continuously analyze market fluctuations to adjust pricing strategies and maintain cost competitiveness.
Industry Trend Analysis & Solution Development:
- Research and assess industry trends to develop tailored commodity solutions that align with market demands.
- Formulate strategic plans to enhance product competitiveness and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure solutions are effectively implemented and optimized over time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial products industry or related fields, including extensive experience in key positions such as procurement, merchandise management or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of national and international supply chains, with expertise in inventory management, cross-border logistics, and customer fulfillment solutions.
- Strong understanding of procurement systems, commodity management, and supplier negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis, pricing strategies, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Mandarin would give an added advantage.

- Prior experience in the e-commerce, food delivery or fintech industry is a plus
- Independent in drawing wireframes, crafting BRDs and designing test cases in a product capacity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Well verse in both English and Malay, both written and verbal. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Has strong passion in the eCommerce, food delivery or fintech industry
- Highly goal-driven, resourceful and able to work well independently in dynamic environments

About The Role
You will be responsible and accountable for one or more TECH product solutions that support and influence business objectives for stakeholders within AIA. This role requires you to manage the product lifecycle and delivery, while effectively communicating and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups—including internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and senior business leadership.
Success in this role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a complex environment, and excellent interpersonal abilities. You will play a key role in ensuring that product outcomes are aligned with overall company goals.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Product Management
- Own and drive the success of IT product(s) that support business strategy, including planning and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with overall business objectives. Focus on delivering high-quality, innovative features and enhancements.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams—including IT, business units, and third-party vendors—throughout the entire product delivery lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals. Lead project management efforts when required.
- Engage and influence business stakeholders to prioritize product demands in alignment with software engineering teams.
- Oversee end-to-end system implementation and execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Develop detailed product specifications (e.g., UI/UX designs, functional specification documents) in collaboration with internal and external IT stakeholders to guide and prioritize delivery efforts.
- Lead end-to-end testing activities, including user coordination, feedback management, and functional validation.
- Support the development of business cases related to your product scope, with an understanding of the financial impact of proposed initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of product launches, including conducting post-launch reviews and performance tracking.
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage, optimize, and prioritize business demands in alignment with value generation and available resource capacity, working closely with heads of business units.
- Build, negotiate, and influence strong relationships with senior leadership and managers across divisions to ensure delivery of credible and consistent solution services.
- Manage and influence relationships with vendors, business partners, and Group IT to enable flexible and effective delivery outcomes.
- Strategic Planning
- Formulate and define the long- and mid-term strategic plans for the unit, ensuring alignment with IT and business priorities across the assigned portfolio(s).
- Identify, develop, and nurture strong leadership and high-performing individual contributors to build a capable team that effectively supports business demands.
- Lead and influence a culture of cost-efficient, agile, and flexible delivery of IT solutions, while upholding governance standards.
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, standards, and best practices to drive a center of excellence for IT solution delivery.
- People Development & Management
- Lead, attract, and retain high-quality individual contributors to build strategic and operational capabilities that are sustainable by:
- Setting clear direction and goals, and engaging team members to translate these into actionable outcomes.
- Developing leaders and high performers through targeted learning and development initiatives.
- Promoting a mindset focused on effective, high-quality processes.
- Manage and optimize resource planning and utilization to maximize output in support of business demands.
- Coach and mentor team members to strengthen both technical and soft skills required for successful execution.
- Drive team performance and individual development plans in alignment with the overall IT strategic direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 7–8 years of experience in IT Product Management or Software Engineering, with 5–8 years in a supervisory role within the supported IT domain.
- Proven experience in executing IT projects, with strong expertise in system applications, data management, and technology implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with middle and senior management, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferably possesses domain knowledge in insurance business operations, including familiarity with distribution channel models.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders.

About The Role
As a Digital Product Consultant, you will take end-to-end ownership of digital products, applications, and platforms within a designated business channel at AIA. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and complex environment.
You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all levels of the organization. Your responsibilities will include defining product vision, managing roadmaps, and driving the successful delivery of digital initiatives that align with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan out digital product roadmaps aligned with the overall business strategy, aiming to deliver high-quality, innovative products, features, and enhancements.

- Oversee end-to-end testing, including user management, feedback collection, and delivery coordination, while also conducting thorough functionality testing to ensure product quality.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital products, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with channel strategy. Take ownership of project management responsibilities when necessary to keep initiatives on track.
- Support the development of business cases related to your product scope, with a clear understanding of the financial implications and potential ROI of proposed initiatives.
- Track and analyze the performance of product tests and launches, conducting post-launch evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Communicate product updates and developments to cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment across business users and end-users. Coordinate with Helpdesk and Planning teams to ensure effective communication and readiness for product-related inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital technology, including 3–5 years of hands-on experience in web, application, or technical product management—ideally within the insurance, design, user experience, or computing domains.
- Strong grasp of digital innovation, with the ability to translate vision and ideas into practical solutions within existing constraints. Must be comfortable working hands-on in technical environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of the product management lifecycle, as well as best practices in web and application development.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with various development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and a working knowledge of standard software development practices.

Track and analyze the performance of product tests and launches, conducting post-launch evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Communicate product updates and developments to cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment across business users and end-users. Coordinate with Helpdesk and Planning teams to ensure effective communication and readiness for product-related inquiries.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital technology, including 3–5 years of hands-on experience in web, application, or technical product management—ideally within the insurance, design, user experience, or computing domains. Strong grasp of digital innovation, with the ability to translate vision and ideas into practical solutions within existing constraints. Must be comfortable working hands-on in technical environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Solid understanding of the product management lifecycle, as well as best practices in web and application development. Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with various development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and a working knowledge of standard software development practices.

Job Description
The Associate Product Manager will work within the Shopee Marketplace Product team, contributing to the management and delivery of product features that address users’ pain points, drive growth, and improve user experience for Shopee's marketplace. - To monitor the brand’s proactive approach towards consumer preferences at the local level
- To ensure inventory levels are managed within contractual agreements.
- To ensure trade returns are managed within contractual agreements.
- To ensure all marketing activities are within allocated A&P budget determined for relevant agencies.
- To ensure pre-financing of marketing activities on behalf of clients are recovered within agreed terms.
- Custodian of the brand’s image at retail level. To determine merchandising standards.
- To study and determine the most effective cost and implementable form of POSM to raise product visibility or highlight product USP’s in trade.
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant of work experience, preferably in a similar Industry.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Pivot Table, V-lookup).

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Production Support Executive to provide technical and operational support for our Wallet Business, with a focus on merchant onboarding, acquiring, and payment processing. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high system availability and performance.
- Issue identification & resolution, analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by the CS, business teams and third-party partners. Provide quick workarounds and solutions to minimize operational disruptions. Escalate critical issues to the local and regional team when necessary.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management, collaborate with local and regional teams to explain and resolve issues. Maintain clear and continuous communication with the business team throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Prioritization & Impact Assessment, assess issue severity and prioritize fixes to ensure timely resolution. Query affected orders or users to determine critical impact levels.
- Product & Process Improvement, understand the features and functionalities. Regularly share issue insights with the team, propose feature improvements based on recurring problems, and provide necessary data to support feature requests.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing, track and document issues, resolutions, and best practices. Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
- Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) if needed, collaborate with Business Product Managers (BPM) and business stakeholder teams to drive successful UAT execution, triage reported issues, and ensure the product meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- 1-2 years of experience in a production support, product management or business analyst. It is a plus if you have dabbled in the eCommerce or eWallet industry.
- Previous experience with JIRA is an added advantage.
- Ability to solve complex problems by breaking down to manageable phases.
- Good blend of analytical skills, technical knowledge, process expertise and relationship building skills.
- Independent self-starter that thrives in unambiguous, constantly changing, high pressure environments.
