Job Description

As Head of Product Planning, you will lead strategic planning across the product lifecycle-from conception to end-of-life. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to guide product direction
  • Collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, aftersales, R&D) to ensure alignment
  • Lead model planning, feature mix, and volume forecasts based on customer insights and market demand
  • Manage product lifecycle activities including launch planning, updates, and phase-outs
  • Monitor product performance and generate data-driven reports to influence decision-making
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements in product strategy
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product planning team
The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in product planning or product strategy within the automotive industry
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate market data into business strategy
  • Familiarity with both global product portfolios and local market dynamics
  • A strategic thinker who is also hands-on in execution
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with internal and principal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing model mix planning, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management
  • A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus

Key Job Requirements Include:

  • Collaborate with SSC A/R, Credit & Collections, and Sales teams to manage receivables.
  • Drive simplification initiatives and lead ad-hoc ASEAN finance projects

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in Strategic Business Cases Financial Simulation and Analysis Prepare and evaluate Return on Investment (ROI) and effectiveness of promotions Reconcile promotions at month-end closing and ensure accuracy of promotions & proper accrual. Support in preparation of monthly S&OP P&L Projections, quarterly Financial Latest Estimated and Annual Corporate Planning and Budgeting Reconcile promotions at month-end closing and ensure accuracy of promotions and proper accrual. Support the preparations of financial reports and presentation. To lead ASEAN Ad-Hoc Projects assigned from time to time. Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: 3-5 years similar job experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or its equivalent Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office, SAP, BPC, BW Past working experience in FMCG industry Fluent in English (both written & verbal) Strong accounting and financial skills Travel maximun (25%). We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager, FP&A – Sales to join our ASEAN Finance team. This role partners closely with Country Managers, Sales, and Customer Marketing teams across Singapore, Cambodia, and Bangladesh to drive growth in Net Sales and Product Contribution. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and a collaborative mindset to support strategic decision-making and optimize trade investments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead strategic financial simulations and business case analysis. Manage ROI analysis for pricing and promotions. Optimize trade spending and customer/country mix to maximize profitability. Support monthly and quarterly financial projections, budgeting, and S&OP processes. Collaborate with SSC A/R, Credit & Collections, and Sales teams to manage receivables. Drive simplification initiatives and lead ad-hoc ASEAN finance projects Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, BPC, and BW. Prior experience in the FMCG industry. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Solid accounting and financial analysis skills. Full-time position. Overtime may be required during peak reporting periods (e.g., budget submissions). Travel up to 25% across the region. Preferred Attributes: Highly responsible and committed. Proactive and eager to learn. Strong communication and influencing skills across teams and functions.
