Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 check-ins to support clients' wellbeing
- Provide 1:1 counselling for mental health support
- Lead group sessions to educate and raise awareness about mental health
- Research and develop mental health resources and modules
- Engage with clients through effective communication to ensure retention
- Maintain organized records and send regular progress reports
- Collaborate with team members to meet client needs effectively
Qualifications
To succeed, you should:
- Be able to work onsite in person
- Have at least three (3) years of post-graduate client-facing clinical experience, including supervised practice, with experience in 1:1 sessions and group wellness sessions
- Be registered and licensed under Malaysian Mental Health and Public Health regulations (LKM, MHSCP, MSCP)
- Possess at least C1 level English communication and writing skills
- Be energetic, self-motivated, and a team player
- Work confidently autonomously and share ideas openly
- Be reliable, professional, and receptive to feedback for continuous improvement

This is a PRN/Per Diem position as a Mental Health Technician and Driver for our Outpatient services. The Outpatient Tech is responsible for providing direct patient care and transportation services to all patients with emotional or psychiatric disorders.
