**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Assistant Managed Services Client Service Desk Administrator is an entry level administrative role that supports the smooth operation of the service desk function. This role involves tasks such as coordinating service requests, assisting the client service desk team, and maintaining documentation and records to support efficient incident resolution and service delivery.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Provides an administrative support service to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.
+ Provides entry level administrative tasks as required by the team.
+ May be responsible for receiving, validating, and logging client requests, capturing the detail of the request.
+ Ensures the correct escalation procedure is followed on all critical calls and requests and assists with analyzing and interpreting the request to ensure the correct categorization and prioritization.
+ Works closely with colleagues to ensure the user is kept updated on the progress in relation to the resolution of the pending tickets / requests.
+ Ensures all relevant documents related to the tickets / requests are maintained, including the client's information.
+ Communicates in a professional manner, provide updates and ensure clients are aware of the actions that are being undertaken on their behalf.
+ Performs any other related task as required.

Job Description
This Virtual Customer Support Specialist role is responsible for servicing the inbound que pertaining to SAP store listed products via:
-Live chat
-Incoming Tickets
In addition, the role is responsible for demonstration of required products to SAP potential customers via conference call.
**Responsibility/Activity**
+ Escalate clients' requests and complaints to appropriate channels.
+ Update clients about their requests and complaints status accordingly
+ Gather client's feedback, identify problem trend and report to supervisor for discussion or
+ Resolve and accurately log customer's post-sale requests with the highest level of professionalism.
+ Services may include responding to general order status and delivery queries, expediting Escalating issues which are beyond the training level provided.
+ Provide full support to end user following protocols agreed between Webhelp and our client focusing on quality and appropriate communication.
+ Engage with internal & external parties to understand requirements for execution
REQUIRED SKILL (MUST)
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in Technical support and Customer Service
+ Have understanding about E-commerce
+ Understand Software and Hardware
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
+ Education level: Diploma and above
+ Minimum 2 years' experience in IT or relevant experiences
+ Be familiar with the Computer and Laptop
+ Able to support APJ hour : 8am - 5pm
+ Basic knowledge about Excel
+ Knowledge on Javascript and/or Cloud Development
+ Have sales representative experience.
+ Having technical customer support is an advantage.
+ Basic mathematical skills
