This full-time position is based in Puchong and is integral to the success of our medical device sales operations. As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and utilization of our innovative medical technologies within the healthcare sector.

What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are fully equipped to effectively use our medical devices
Develop and implement market strategies for new and existing products in alignment with divisional goals.
Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase our products and build relationships with key stakeholders
Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective customers to promote products, execute marketing plans, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements
Address and resolve stakeholder inquiries, objections, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a medical device sales or technical specialist role
Proven track record of successfully driving the adoption of innovative medical technologies
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and the regulatory environment surrounding medical devices
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and master the features and capabilities of our products
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals at all levels
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer needs
Willingness to travel within the region to support customer site visits and demonstrations

He is also responsible to strictly adhered to the process, safety and quality standards required to repair medical equipment.
