- Reviews, analyses, and evaluates the following, relative to the client’s needs and objectives: media output, creative output, research reports and client data.
- Provide clients with business updates on a regular basis to demonstrate upcoming opportunities and threats to their business.
- Defining project scope, estimate and writing proposals, works with producer/ traffic manager in the production of campaign deliverables.
- Monitors all budget, research, and production activity on assigned accounts and communicates status of each project to appropriate agency and client personnel to meet project deadlines.
- Keeping project status reports up to date via weekly WIP, both in attendance and on document.
- To review deliverables against scope and to ensure quality of deliverables meet expectation.
- A background degree in advertising, mass communication, business, marketing, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detailed oriented - this is a must since you'll be multitasking, handling different accounts!
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Previous internship or work experience in account management, marketing, or related field is a plus
