  • Coordinate with AM/AAD on realistic campaign/ project milestone and timeline.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager/ Director on preparation of marketing campaign’s recommendations, strategies, and actions for the client.
  • Reviews, analyses, and evaluates the following, relative to the client’s needs and objectives: media output, creative output, research reports and client data.
  • Provide clients with business updates on a regular basis to demonstrate upcoming opportunities and threats to their business.
  • Defining project scope, estimate and writing proposals, works with producer/ traffic manager in the production of campaign deliverables.
  • Monitors all budget, research, and production activity on assigned accounts and communicates status of each project to appropriate agency and client personnel to meet project deadlines.
  • Keeping project status reports up to date via weekly WIP, both in attendance and on document.
  • To review deliverables against scope and to ensure quality of deliverables meet expectation.


Skills:

  • A background degree in advertising, mass communication, business, marketing, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented - this is a must since you'll be multitasking, handling different accounts!
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Previous internship or work experience in account management, marketing, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Process and review all vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment and managing supplier aging.
  • Process sales invoices and managing customer aging.
  • Process and maintains general ledger accounts and other statutory payment.
  • Prepare & maintain Fixed Assets schedule.
  • Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts including trial balance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Financial Statement.
  • Responsible for the preparation of tax computation.
  • Responsible for the preparation of forecast and budget reports.
  • Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.
  • Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
  • Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained.
  • Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Company Secretary, Legal and Banker.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in finance/Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in Finance/Account.
  • Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity.
  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
