  • Proven experience in social media content creation.

  • Experience in the crypto, Web3, blockchain industry (highly desirable) and able to create engaging and accessible crypto-related content for a wide range of audiences.

Responsibilities:

Manage, create, and post content tailored to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels/Stories, and X, ensuring all content aligns with current trends and the brand’s voice. Monitor social media trends, tools, and algorithms (particularly TikTok) changes to stay ahead of the competition. Actively participate in trending challenges, sounds, and hashtags to boost visibility and engagement. Conceptualise stories, then film, edit, and produce short-form videos, memes, and other engaging content. Turn existing assets into social-friendly formats that resonate with audiences across different platforms. Advocate for employee involvement in content creation, including on-camera roles for tutorials, interviews, and other engaging formats. Be a host to front Tiktok/video content. Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging and impactful content for product launches, contests, promotions, and events. Coordinate with external influencers and creators to develop collaborative and high-visibility content. Engage directly with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and tags authentically and promptly, fostering meaningful relationships with followers. Track content performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future strategies. Continuously experiment with new content formats, creative ideas, and tactics to maximise visibility and align with platform-specific algorithms.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media content creation. Comfortable acting as an on-camera host for video content (highly advantageous). Proven success in creating and growing engaging TikTok content, with an in-depth understanding of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and best practices. Experience in the crypto, Web3, blockchain industry (highly desirable) and able to create engaging and accessible crypto-related content for a wide range of audiences. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English. Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Youtube Analytics, X Analytics, Instagram Analytics, Sprout Social) to track performance and share meaningful insights. Expertise in TikTok-specific editing tools, including CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and TikTok's in-app features. Strong attention to detail, excellent research skills, and a thorough understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms. Advanced proficiency in English is essential.

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, video production, and engaging with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Digital Magic: Create captivating content for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, short-form videos, and static posts.
  • Mastering the Edit: Edit videos using industry-leading software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) to produce high-quality visual masterpieces.
  • Live the Livestream: Host daily live streams to connect with our audience in real-time, fostering a vibrant community.
  • Pop-Up Powerhouse: Support our brand presence at pop-up booths at Jojolaura HQ, capturing the excitement and engaging with customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Language Mastery: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Technical Prowess: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut) and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Social Media Savvy: A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
