This role supports regional growth in Singapore & Malaysia, aligning with our global strategy.
As a Non-Biddable Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful media investments across traditional and digital platforms. Working closely with internal teams and external media partners, you will execute and optimize campaigns that reach millions, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You will have the opportunity to develop strong negotiation skills, build key relationships with media vendors, and work on high-profile campaigns that shape the media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Non-Biddable traditional & digital campaigns (TV, Non-TV, Digital) for assigned GroupM clients.
- Create and review media schedules using the media operating system.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report offline media performance.
- Coordinate data tracking for weekly performance monitoring.
- Oversee campaign material requirements, ensuring timely vendor delivery.
- Ensure adherence to best-in-class campaign operations processes.
- Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Learn and apply new tools to enhance campaign performance.
- Build strong relationships with media vendors, owners, and ad tech partners.
- Provide insights for mid/post-campaign reports to optimize future campaigns.
- Liaise with finance on client invoicing and vendor payments.
- Support additional projects or tasks as assigned.

This role supports regional growth in Singapore & Malaysia, aligning with our global strategy.
As a Non-Biddable Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful media investments across traditional and digital platforms. Working closely with internal teams and external media partners, you will execute and optimize campaigns that reach millions, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You will have the opportunity to develop strong negotiation skills, build key relationships with media vendors, and work on high-profile campaigns that shape the media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Non-Biddable traditional & digital campaigns (TV, Non-TV, Digital) for assigned GroupM clients.
- Create and review media schedules using the media operating system.
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report offline media performance.
- Coordinate data tracking for weekly performance monitoring.
- Oversee campaign material requirements, ensuring timely vendor delivery.
- Ensure adherence to best-in-class campaign operations processes.
- Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Learn and apply new tools to enhance campaign performance.
- Build strong relationships with media vendors, owners, and ad tech partners.
- Provide insights for mid/post-campaign reports to optimize future campaigns.
- Liaise with finance on client invoicing and vendor payments.
- Support additional projects or tasks as assigned.
