Job Summary:
Production Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, translating requirements between teams (including local and international stakeholders), and ensuring that production processes are executed smoothly, on time, and in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure all departments are aligned to meet deadlines and delivery targets. Assist Chinese technical staff in managing production line, including attendance management and output management
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Translate documents, instructions, and communications (written and verbal) between languages as required (Chinese, English & Malay).
• Monitor production progress and proactively identify and resolve potential delays or issues.
• Ensure production documentation (work orders, materials list, etc.) is complete, accurate, and communicated to relevant teams.
