Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education.
- At least two years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating machines such as laser cutters, turret punches, and bending machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to make quick adjustments.
- Physically capable of handling shop conditions, including moderate noise levels and exposure to metal dust particles.
