You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and support high-performing Scrum teams while also handling light administrative tasks to ensure smooth project operations. Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, and leading Scrum of Scrum and PI plannings sessions. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or similar platforms. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
