NEXTGEN is a leading Enterprise technology distributor, helping partners drive business growth through innovation, enablement, and support. As we expand our AWS practice, we are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Billing and Marketplace Operations Specialist to own, manage and optimise AWS billing operations and Marketplace transactions within our AWS Cloud team.
The AWS Cloud Billing and Marketplace Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of AWS billing to our partners and ongoing enhancement of billing processes, managing partner billing inquiries, configuring financial reporting tools, and owning and managing the Marketplace operations and transactions for AWS Marketplace division. The role requires strong attention to detail, expertise in AWS billing systems, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and partners to provide an exceptional experience.
This role will report to Cloud Operations Manager.
As the Marketplace Operations Specialist, you will:- Billing & Financial Operations
- Own and manage the end-to-end AWS billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing for our AWS partners.
- Address and resolve partner billing queries and provide clarification.
- Action AWS Discount breakdown spreadsheet and make sure NEXTGEN and Partners are getting the correct discounts.
- Ensure timely AWS notification email (Operations and Security) forwards to Partners.
- Work with AWS to resolve any issues with billing and operation.
- Account & Platform Configuration
- Configuring AWS Accounts in CloudCheckr and ServiceNow for accurate tracking.
- Configure and manage ServiceNow for both new and existing linked AWS accounts.
- Set up CloudCheckr for all new and existing linked accounts to optimize financial and usage insights.
- Ensure all part numbers required for JIWA (Accounting Platform) are correctly created and maintained.
- AWS Marketplace
- Own and manage all CPPO transactions for the AWS Marketplace team and NEXTGEN.
- Conduct monthly Marketplace reporting and reconcile listing fee rebates with each vendor.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and generate customized financial reports to support partner needs.
- Provide detailed billing breakdowns to help partners understand usage and costs.
- Ensure all the existing and new internal reporting requirements are met.
- System & Process Management
- Continuously create, refine and enhance billing processes, reporting frameworks, and account configurations for efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketplace Operations Specialist will manage and optimise Porcelain Skins Marketplaces, specifically Lazada, Shopee, and iShopChangi stores. This role is pivotal in driving our e-commerce growth by ensuring seamless operations, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance data to achieve sales targets.
Job Type: Part-Time basis (+/-8 hours per week) under a 3-6 months contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Manage the daily operations of Porcelain Skins Lazada and Shopee stores, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates. Ensure accurate and visually appealing product listings that align with Porcelain Skins brand identity. Optimize store performance to improve visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Campaign and Promotion Execution: Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, flash sales, and platform-specific promotions to drive traffic and sales. Work closely with Lazada and Shopee account managers to secure exposure opportunities and exclusive deals.
- Inventory and Order Fulfillment Coordination: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery. Prevent overselling and stockouts by maintaining accurate stock records.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze sales, traffic, and customer behavior metrics on Lazada and Shopee. Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations to improve store performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and reviews on Lazada and Shopee platforms. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat purchases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Lazada and Shopee operations.
- In-depth understanding of marketplace algorithms, platform-specific tools, and e-commerce trends.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for performance reporting.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external account managers, and the Head of Marketing.
- A passion for the skincare and beauty industry is a bonus.

Get to Know the Role
- We are looking for a City Marketplace & Retention Specialist who can regularly provide a comprehensive insight of the city marketplace and shape the growth direction of Grab in the city, also acting as the expert of the city to provide advice to regional team on new product launch or strategy and provide support and assistance on strategy execution in the city.
- You will report into the Marketplace & Retention Lead and be based in Kota Bahru, working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will perform marketplace performance data analysis of Grab and prepare report & insights of the summary marketplace condition.

- SOP Implementation: Develop and implement SOP flows and macros for article management. Content Maintenance: Maintain and amend existing articles to reflect internal business and process changes. Regularly update and enhance KBA articles to improve user support.
- Review and Assessment: Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews to assess the relevance and effectiveness of active articles in the knowledge base.

Job Description
- Drive improvements in fraud-related KPIs (e.g., fraud rates, false positives, MO defense rates, fraud savings), ensuring an optimal balance between risk mitigation and enabling growth.
- Act as the fraud representative in cross-functional projects, embedding fraud risk considerations into business initiatives.
- Oversee rule effectiveness testing and lead periodic calibrations; validate and approve rule updates and adjustments in collaboration with Data teams.
- Manage the end-to-end fraud case lifecycle, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of escalations and incidents.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics and Operations teams to build fraud monitoring and hunting capabilities using multiple data sources.
- Provide support and education to internal stakeholders and affected users on fraud incidents and prevention (e.g., phishing, malware, social engineering).
- Conduct periodic fraud risk assessments and support the enhancement of control frameworks to close any control gaps.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fraud analysts to meet performance, quality, and service level expectations.
- Partner with HR and management on employee development, internal mobility, and performance management initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics, or related discipline. Advanced certifications or background in fraud, audit, or compliance is a plus.
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in fraud risk, audit, compliance, or QA.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven Excel/Google Sheets expertise and experience working with large data sets.
- Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills; capable of designing and evaluating fraud detection rules.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills across functions like Operations, Security, and Data.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and maturity in handling sensitive fraud cases.
- Agile and action-oriented, thrives in dynamic environments with a strong sense of urgency.
