Job Description
Candidates who are passionate about in eCommerce portfolio to promote our company’s product and services in the digital space include but are not limited to: - Websites, Lazada/Shopee, Social Media Platforms, and other channels Key Responsibilities: Assist in building the company's digital marketing and e-Commerce roadmap & strategies. Lead a team in the operation of eCommerce platforms i.e., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, etc, from product listing, promotions, and campaigns, taking orders, payments, and delivery to post-sales service. Design, build, and grow our social media presence to maximize exposure and ensure brand consistency. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns that drive sales and higher conversion. Prepare budget, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Instrument conversion points and optimize user sales and experience funnels. Manage and improve online content, copywriting, and search engine optimization. Proactively expand our market product range & types and increase our market segment. Monitor competition and provide ideas for new growth strategies. Job Requirements
Min. 3 years of working experience in a Digital / E-Commerce role. Passionate self-starter who focuses on results, experimenting, and exploring new ideas/solutions. Knowledge in managing external analytics and online advertising channels like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. Good writing skills in English. (Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese is a plus). Good understanding of the eCommerce multiple platform operations. Demonstrable track record of delivering growth & success in e-Commerce platforms. Excellent decision-making and analytical skills. Great leadership skills and being a team player. Able to lead and/or collaborate with other members within the organization or external partners. Independent and self-motivated that keep up-to-date digital/eCommerce strategies and skills. Skills
