Key Responsibilities

As the E-commerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning Senior Associate at ADA , you will be in charge of planning, executing campaigns, monitor, and optimize performance for e-commerce marketing activities, including but not limited to paid ads, display ads, and affiliate marketing . This is an exciting role, enable you with full skillset of overseeing campaign strategy, implementation, trafficking, and analysis with widen of campaign types in across marketplace platforms (Lazada/Shopee/Tiki / TikTok ).

  • You will wo r k closely with Commercial Manager/ Commercial Associate on assigned accounts to deliver high performance e-commerce marketing activities across the marketplace platforms .
  • You will be proficient in managing client campaigns including strategy development and planning, campaign execution and analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations.
  • You will lead the entire campaign planning – proposal – execution – evaluation and optimization cycle for the next campaign.
  • You will participate in relevant internal and external training programs for personal and professional development .
  • You will work with enthusiastic regional and local ADA leaders and colleagues, and have ability to access to ADA's professional systems and tools that effectively support your daily work.

What skills and experience you will need?

  • 2- 3 years of working experience in e-commerce marketing/ digital performance marketing on marketplace platform, e-commerce enablement agency, or online business team at client side.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, especially around traffic acquisition, conversion, and media buying.
  • Skilled in campaign analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw insights and recommend optimizations using tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to clearly present strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams (Commercial, Creative, Operations) and external platform representatives.
  • Highly accountable with a proactive mindset, capable of managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Proficient in budget management and performance tracking.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking skills in English .

Key Responsibilities

The opportunity

EY Assurance practice requires a professional who will take responsibility for driving and supporting our Operational Excellence agenda and work to implement various Operations and Finance-related initiatives for Malaysia’s Assurance business, where you will work with Malaysia Assurance Leader and interact across all Assurance Sub-Service Lines Leaders/Group Heads. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, drive initiatives and shape solutions across our local Assurance practice, understand the market and issues, and collaborate with other teams not only within Assurance but beyond.

The position will report directly to Malaysia Assurance Leader and the role would require for the incumbent to have close engagement and collaboration with Service Line support such as Finance, Market Operations, Talent, Resourcing and Quality and Risk Management Teams.

Your key responsibilities

In the role, you will be expected to:

  • Review and monitor key financial & performance measures, KPIs (TNR, Margin, Utilisation, Revenue days)
  • Provide robust regular performance and dashboard reporting with insightful, timely, forward looking and action oriented commentaries
  • Together with Malaysia Assurance Leader, drive the yearly planning process and half-year forecast exercise
  • Drive and monitor compliance around key quality areas to meet internal business requirements e.g. milestones review
  • Local project lead for Global and Area centralisation initiatives
  • Develop and execute other strategic and operational initiatives to drive end to end business performance improvements
  • Analyze, articulate and monitor operational performance issues. Investigate anomalies and coordinate with leaders for the information required, escalate issues, assist in providing insight and solutions
  • Provide communications support for Malaysia Assurance Leader in drafting key messages for Townhalls, prepare management materials, analysis and narratives for Executive or Regional Leadership meetings and liase with communications functions in EY.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably in Professional Services industry

  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze problems, design and implement solutions independently
  • A Self-starter. Able to work with limited supervision, to juggle conflicting demands and to prioritize work effectively
  • A committed team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate clear and logical messages
  • Strong organizational skills, able to work across and project manage multiple-initiatives at a time
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and liaise with colleagues in both business and technical roles
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills – e.g. Pivot, vlook ups and ability to manipulate and draw trends from vast amounts of data
  • Data analytics skills such as PowerBI will be preferred

The opportunity

EY Assurance practice requires a professional who will take responsibility for driving and supporting our Operational Excellence agenda and work to implement various Operations and Finance-related initiatives for Malaysia’s Assurance business, where you will work with Malaysia Assurance Leader and interact across all Assurance Sub-Service Lines Leaders/Group Heads. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, drive initiatives and shape solutions across our local Assurance practice, understand the market and issues, and collaborate with other teams not only within Assurance but beyond.

The position will report directly to Malaysia Assurance Leader and the role would require for the incumbent to have close engagement and collaboration with Service Line support such as Finance, Market Operations, Talent, Resourcing and Quality and Risk Management Teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

In the role, you will be expected to:

Review and monitor key financial & performance measures, KPIs (TNR, Margin, Utilisation, Revenue days) Provide robust regular performance and dashboard reporting with insightful, timely, forward looking and action oriented commentaries Together with Malaysia Assurance Leader, drive the yearly planning process and half-year forecast exercise Drive and monitor compliance around key quality areas to meet internal business requirements e.g. milestones review Local project lead for Global and Area centralisation initiatives Develop and execute other strategic and operational initiatives to drive end to end business performance improvements Analyze, articulate and monitor operational performance issues. Investigate anomalies and coordinate with leaders for the information required, escalate issues, assist in providing insight and solutions Provide communications support for Malaysia Assurance Leader in drafting key messages for Townhalls, prepare management materials, analysis and narratives for Executive or Regional Leadership meetings and liase with communications functions in EY.

To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably in Professional Services industry Experience in an operations related, business management or control function preferred Strong people management skills and able to work/ manage different stakeholders Attention to detail and ability to analyze problems, design and implement solutions independently A Self-starter. Able to work with limited supervision, to juggle conflicting demands and to prioritize work effectively A committed team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate clear and logical messages Strong organizational skills, able to work across and project manage multiple-initiatives at a time Ability to work in cross-functional teams and liaise with colleagues in both business and technical roles Good command of written and spoken English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills – e.g. Pivot, vlook ups and ability to manipulate and draw trends from vast amounts of data Data analytics skills such as PowerBI will be preferred

What will you do

Market Analysis : Perform data analysis and leverage on market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to drive revenue, increase yield, improve market share, and enhance customer loyalty Analyze and utilize customer information (from CRM data) to provide insight to increase sales Provide further insight into the firm’s overall strategy by identifying critical questions, performing ad‑hoc analyses and communicating analytical findings in presentations Perform analysis of the success and pertinence of product pricing Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and refine business strategies and strategic initiatives Operational Strategy : Perform sales metric reporting, operational support and provide operational insights to achieve key performance indicators Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and margin Provide analytical support to all aspects of the deal negotiation process Oversee the use of the CRM system to ensure optimal data capture (includes market research, event participation, lead management and sales forecasting) Organize and execute local sales and promotional programs/events (eg, Tradeshows) Summarize insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story, and build presentations

Qualifications

BSc within business administration, and/or Bachelor of Engineering

or equivalent. Minimum

4 years of experience

in a similar role/function. Advanced Excel skills and proficient in PowerPoint for presentation purposes. Understanding of market dynamics and business trends, and a strong interest in market data, trends, and analysis to contribute to building strategies.

Overview

As the Head of Digital Strategy & E-Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and drive measurable results. You will also oversee our e-commerce initiatives, working closely with clients to optimize their online sales channels and enhance their digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • P&L Management: Oversee the ecommerce budget to ensure the team has the appropriate structure and resources to meet client expectations while maintaining profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Growth products/ ecommerce solutions: Identify and develop innovative ecommerce solutions and growth products to drive revenue. This includes staying current with industry trends, leveraging new technologies, and collaborating with internal teams to bring new offerings to market.
  • Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives, including but not limited to brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive e-commerce strategies for clients, focusing on website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX) enhancements, and digital advertising.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and technical teams, to deliver integrated digital solutions that drive results.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients, advising them on best practices and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and digital marketing trends, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Min 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and digital strategy.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, including website optimization, CRO, and online sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Lazada and Shopee On-Platform as well as Tik-Tok Shop
