To drive growth and profitability in all assigned products through risk selection, pricing, negotiation, sales, retention, and quality service.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
- Actively manage daily work processes of designated territory to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
- Analyze needs, develop and recommend improvements to processes, customer service, or products.
- Lead short-term (3 to 9 months), defined scope projects.
- Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist customers with loss prevention meetings, claims issues, and product training.
- Provide training to customer and Strategic Business Unit personnel on products and services.
- Provide technical advice that enables a customer to solve a problem or improve business.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by meeting regularly with customers when no specific initiative is underway.
- Anticipate customer needs and monitor trends to recommend changes.
- Resolve technical issues within the function or unit.
Job Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 or more years of experience in the Sales area
- OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and no prior experience in sales
- Knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses in applicable states
Preferred:
- 2 or more years of sales experience
- Licensed to sell insurance in required states
- Experience analyzing financial statements
Business Accountabilities
- Prepare customer and distributor reports to support project implementation within time and quality standards.
- Assess and evaluate business processes for improvement opportunities.

Job Description- LinkedIn Content & IP Management : Manage and maintain the LinkedIn presence of key stakeholders (CEO, Sales, and Supply teams) to drive brand visibility and connection growth. Schedule and coordinate regular engagement posts and messages to keep the network informed about our offerings.
- Lead Management & Follow-up : Monitor and respond to enquiries from the company website and social media platforms. Update, segment and maintain the customer lead database accurately for follow-up and schedule e-newsletter campaign.
- Market & Supplier Research : Assist the supply and sales team by conducting online research to identify potential suppliers and customers through industry websites, B2B trading platforms, and online directories.

General Responsibilities
- Coordinate event delegates' sponsorship, managing aspects such as registration, accommodation, and travel requests prior event day
- Prepare agreements for speaker engagements, HCP sponsorships, and event sponsorships
- Create new vendor accounts for marketing events payments and facilitate engagement with new Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
- Coordinate Accounts Payable (AnP) event payments, including submission, follow-up, and sharing payment advices with vendors when possible
- Prepare pre-event documentation including registration list , event checklist , speaker tent card and promotional materials
- Handle post-event documentation, including Continuing Professional Development (CPD) submission and maintaining attendance lists.
- Manage Promats by liaising with external vendors for the receipt and delivery of materials to outstation representatives.
- Assist to send out promotional material to sales representatives or branches upon request
- To prepare and assist marketing team to track VIP contracts / on-going campaign tracking.
- Consolidate reports and tracking upon request on on-going campaigns , CME request tracking and patient program tracking (sales rep comply with the requirement)
- Possess experience in Pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.
