We're seeking a dynamic local marketing expert with excellent project management skills, who thrives in fast-paced environments, to scale and manage merchant / category campaigns with Singapore's top brand partners across F&B, Fashion, Beauty, and Home & Living.

- Drive user growth across all customer segments, including new user acquisition and retention, and revenue for ShopBack Pay in Singapore.
- Work with top brand partners across various categories (F&B, Fashion, Beauty, Home & Living) to plan and implement B2C marketing campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end marketing; Crafting compelling pitch decks for brand launches, Negotiation with brand partners, Execution of campaigns across in-app, offline, social media, CRM, paid ads and influencer marketing.
- Project manage and scale up core marketing programmes to drive merchant participation and revenue and continuous optimisation of communication channels to drive performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, social media, graphic designers, business development and account management teams to drive business goals for ShopBack and brand partners.
- Be data-driven in measuring campaign performance, identifying scalable opportunities and delivering actionable insights into winning strategies.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in campaigns/marketing/business building experience, preferably within offline retail and/or e-Commerce and/or payments environment.
- A driven, independent, highly motivated and result-oriented individual.
- Proactive can-do attitude, problem solving skills and good team player.
- Strong analytical skills, use data to inform decision making and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills to manage a wide range of brand partners and deliver under tight timelines
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, develop innovative solutions to business problems.
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
