  • Be data-driven in measuring campaign performance, identifying scalable opportunities and delivering actionable insights into winning strategies.
Essentials to Succeed
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in campaigns/marketing/business building experience, preferably within offline retail and/or e-Commerce and/or payments environment.
  • A driven, independent, highly motivated and result-oriented individual.
  • Proactive can-do attitude, problem solving skills and good team player.
  • Strong analytical skills, use data to inform decision making and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What would you do?

The Lead, Brand Management & Marketing is responsible for shaping and strengthening the Touch ‘n Go brand across all channels and platforms, ensuring consistency and resonance with the company’s vision, values, and business goals. This role leads brand strategy development, marketing campaigns, and creative content planning that aligns with strategic business objectives. It plays a pivotal role in enhancing brand equity, market presence, and customer engagement. The position also oversees execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring on-brand delivery across internal and external touchpoints. A key aspect of this role includes risk and compliance oversight within brand and marketing efforts to protect corporate reputation.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Brand Management

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of brand strategy, architecture, and visual identity across all platforms and products.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and experience across all marketing materials, internal communications, and customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct periodic brand audits, customer insights gathering, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic refinements.

2. Content Creation & Campaign Execution

  • Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing content (digital, print, video, social) that aligns with brand values and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to drive compelling storytelling and campaign delivery.
  • Review, approve, and manage branded assets to ensure high quality and brand alignment.

3. Project Management

  • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of marketing and brand initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and strategic alignment.
  • Implement performance tracking metrics (KPIs and ROI) to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
  • Coordinate multi-stream marketing efforts across different products and business units.

4. Compliance and Risk Coordination

  • Ensure all branding, communications, and marketing materials comply with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and legal requirements.
  • Partner with the Risk & Compliance team to implement controls that protect brand reputation.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with internal departments including but not limited to Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Risk, and Compliance to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and creative agencies to ensure efficient collaboration and output quality.
  • Act as the brand guardian across the organization, providing guidance and training to cross-functional teams on brand standards.
  • Any other duties and tasks as assigned and/or as required by Head of Division/Department
