Marketing Support Specialist, APAC at RS Asia Pacific. Location: Malaysia, Hybrid work.
The Marketing Support Specialist, APAC, will be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts across the APAC region. This role involves designing high-quality marketing materials, managing brand consistency, and providing insights to shape marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and marketing, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing- Marketing Campaigns: Responsible for marketing governance, planning rhythm, and quality deliverables across specific marketing plans and programs; implement effective communication of value proposition concepts and private label positioning; develop and own budget, reporting, forecasting, and overall APAC marketing plans for initiatives; create and manage marketing operational plans within agreed processes to ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Design and Creative: Design high-quality product catalogues, leaflets, flyers, web/ads banners, and other marketing materials; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding guidelines are followed and creative consistency is maintained; ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and preferred aesthetics; handle feedback and revisions to meet deadlines.
- Brand Management: Manage RS, RS PRO, suppliers, and customer lifecycle marketing plans; drive brand advertising activities and differentiation in the market; define and deliver brand-consistent messaging across APAC for different customer segments to maximize brand awareness; ensure a consistent message and image across advertising, social and public relations, white papers, exhibitions, roadshows, and other events.
As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will support the production of marketing assets and ensure on-brand, high-quality materials. Your combined marketing and graphic design expertise will help develop and refine creative assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal across all materials.
Essential Skills & Experience- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Ability to define and deliver brand-consistent messaging across APAC for different customer segments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis.
- Ability to provide insights and data analysis related to market position and customer behaviour.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Support Specialist, APAC at RS Asia Pacific. Location: Malaysia, Hybrid work. The Marketing Support Specialist, APAC, will be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts across the APAC region. This role involves designing high-quality marketing materials, managing brand consistency, and providing insights to shape marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and marketing, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Be Doing
Marketing Campaigns: Responsible for marketing governance, planning rhythm, and quality deliverables across specific marketing plans and programs; implement effective communication of value proposition concepts and private label positioning; develop and own budget, reporting, forecasting, and overall APAC marketing plans for initiatives; create and manage marketing operational plans within agreed processes to ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget. Design and Creative: Design high-quality product catalogues, leaflets, flyers, web/ads banners, and other marketing materials; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding guidelines are followed and creative consistency is maintained; ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and preferred aesthetics; handle feedback and revisions to meet deadlines. Brand Management: Manage RS, RS PRO, suppliers, and customer lifecycle marketing plans; drive brand advertising activities and differentiation in the market; define and deliver brand-consistent messaging across APAC for different customer segments to maximize brand awareness; ensure a consistent message and image across advertising, social and public relations, white papers, exhibitions, roadshows, and other events. As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will support the production of marketing assets and ensure on-brand, high-quality materials. Your combined marketing and graphic design expertise will help develop and refine creative assets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal across all materials. Essential Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Ability to define and deliver brand-consistent messaging across APAC for different customer segments. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in managing marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and analysis. Ability to provide insights and data analysis related to market position and customer behaviour. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant software. Desirable Skills & Experience
Knowledge of contemporary design trends and adaptability to various platforms and devices. Experience in creating motion graphics and video editing is a plus. Ability to handle feedback and revisions efficiently to meet project deadlines and expectations. Seniority level
