**Principal Responsibilities:**
+ Work closely with team member to develop local and regional media plans which connect with group and support local and global business and client marketing objectives. Drive media optimisation and strong ROI
+ Maintain relationships with our regional and local agency partners to negotiate strong agreements and maintain high quality of service
+ Serve as POC for the global content and campaigns teams to identify potential content pieces which would supplement a regional runway and ensure we are always on in markets - in partnership with the Business / Client leads in region
+ Activate the global awards strategy in partnership with the group team
+ Develop and implement local direct-to-client marketing campaigns to achieve CIB business goals and objectives
+ Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic events, including planning, creative and content development, stakeholder alignment, vendor management, logistics, and post-event analysis
+ Leverage and add to event toolkits (templates, playbooks, guidelines, content packs) to ensure consistent execution of events, and for virtual/digital events
+ Interlock developments in the Global MarTech platforms (marketing automation, email, analytics etc) to ensure our scale and international markets are running the latest systems possible
+ Drive PWS local strategies and runways to ensure content is up to date and driving outcomes
+ Provide systems support and guidance to the Business Marketing teams looking to drive campaigns through our platforms
**Requirements:**
+ 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on commercial marketing within global banking or financial services
+ Proven ability to translate client and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns
+ Self-starter with strong collaboration skills within global, matrixed organizations
+ Tertiary education required

Located in Bukit Jalil, an affluent suburb located within the southern corridor of Kuala Lumpur, the hotel will feature approximately 250 guestrooms, a three-meal restaurant, Large Ballroom and 4 meeting rooms and flexible event space, Rooftop restaurant, a fitness centre, and a sky pool
We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join us as we continue to embark this exciting journey with the hotel. **Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia.**
This position reports to the hotel Senior Director of Sales.
Responsibilities:
+ Ensures that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manually as well as electronically is maintained at all times.
+ Assist the DOS by managing the administration of the sales and marketing department
+ Be well versed in Delphi/Nvision/Opera as these are critical tools that will be used to achieve sales performance of the hotel
+ Maintains complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.
+ Establishes an efficient trace File to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
+ Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
Customer Service
+ Entertains and conducts hotel inspections to clients whenever required.
+ Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guest's requests and expectations are being met.
+ Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems.If no immediate solution can be found, to ensure that the necessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.
+ Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Marketing
+ Assists to conduct extensive competitor research and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.
+ Be aware of community, business, political and social factors that may affect the hotel's financial performance.
Operational
+ Maintains a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features and services.
+ Liaises and works closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests requests and expectation are being met.
+ Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department on a timely manner.
Personnel
+ Supports the implementation of The People Brand, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt's Values and Culture Characteristics.
+ Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
+ Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel team and Hyatt International.
+ Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations, especially travel agencies, local business groups and airlines.
+ Reads the hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to computer resources, fire, hygiene, health and safety.
+ Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
+ Responds to changes in the Sales and Marketing function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
Other Duties
+ Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.

**Job Title:** Digital Marketing (Social Posting Coordinator) - Korean/Japanese

**Summary:**
As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external teams to distribute best-in-class creative campaigns for Client titles.
**Responsibilities will include:**
+ You will play a key role in managing vendors who distribute Client campaigns for the biggest global client and local titles, as well as various smaller earned and owned title.
+ You will co-ordinate and work with external creative and media agencies, as well as internal local and global stakeholders, to ensure timely and seamless flighting of paid and organic campaigns
**Qualifications:**
+ At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably from a consumer brand or creative agency that handles marketing campaigns.
+ Have knowledge and exposure to running 360-campaigns, from campaign development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, print, and out-of-home).
+ Must be a creative thinker with a strong pulse on pop culture and social trends
+ Is a proactive and highly-organized collaborator in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. We will typically have multiple campaigns launching at once which require working with multiple stakeholders.
+ Written and Verbal fluency in both English and Korean/Japanese

+ Clear communication that keeps teams accountable vs just relaying information from point A to point B
+ Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
+ Capacity to continuously provide and receive constructive, actionable feedback to and from colleagues
