Position description: As the Marketing Program Coordinator, you will be the orchestrator of our digital marketing initiatives, ensuring each project reaches its full potential. Your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities including coordinating with different teams, planning, utilizing various project management tools and other systems (CRM, CMS, etc.), and overseeing and documenting all aspects of the specific project assignment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Project coordination, task management, and status monitoring to ensure efficiency and quality of marketing program delivery.
  • Active day-to-day management of various tech collaboration platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Gainsight, Reachdesk, Wistia, etc.
  • Create and lead weekly reviews and progress check-ins with internal and external stakeholders (US clients).
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
  • Support planning and allocation of resources towards strategic marketing program priorities and impact.
  • Facilitate communications between internal team members to resolve bottlenecks and drive forward momentum.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution and minimize project disruptions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, content, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination across project initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a project coordinator or in account/project management roles.
  • Has experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with a high level of interest in learning new collaboration tech platforms, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills (Written and Oral).
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfortable liaising with international stakeholders (US).
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in working with budgets and forecasting will be advantageous.
  • Has strong client-facing and relationship management experience.
  • Experienced in liaising and presenting to US-based clients is preferred.

Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Develop effective people connections and coordinate work with the internal teams, namely marketing campaign teams, Marketing Solutions, and Key Account Managers Use agile testing (A / B, multivariate) to step change toward improved results over time Ensure meaningful Performance Marketing insights and reporting Able to provide troubleshooting support for external parties for campaign optimization on Google and Facebook Managing and optimizing ads on Google and Facebook, while concurrently owning day-to-day optimization of campaigns Routinely analyze, review and report campaign performance Identify opportunity areas for growth and improvement Work closely with other digital marketing/campaigns members to ensure that media is aligned to business objectives Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree is required - 3 - 5 years experience managing online campaigns and performance marketing (shopping preferable) - Experience with Facebook and Google ad buys and execution - Expert fluency with customer acquisition methodologies including optimising cost per acquisition, retention and lifetime value metrics - Analytical - high competency with Google analytics, Excel (and the rest of MS Office) and a good head for numbers and working with large data sets - Self-starter who can hit the ground running and a passion for achieving great things - Demonstrable interest in e-commerce marketing and the knowledge of other online marketing channels and their interactions with each other - Understanding of commercial indicators, market conditions and competitors - Ability to deliver work on time and thrive in a dynamic environment - Hands-on approach with very strong attention to detail

Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns for our gaming titles, focusing on increasing community engagement and raising brand awareness.

Coordinate campaign logistics, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing objectives.

Play a crucial role in managing our online communities, especially on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Discord.

Engage with the community by responding to comments, organizing events, and fostering a positive environment for gamers.

Assist in producing compelling marketing materials and content, specifically designed for our target gaming audience.

Develop a range of content, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional videos, to captivate and grow our audience.

Contribute to the swift development and deployment of marketing strategies, adapting to the fast-paced and evolving startup culture.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose innovative marketing solutions.

Requirements to Succeed:

Degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience with Google Ads is a plus.

Knowledge about web3 or the gaming industry is helpful.

Excellent command of English and Mandarin.

Skills in design software like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
