The Marketing Planning Manager is responsible for driving comprehensive marketing planning across the Bank’s various business lines. This includes coordinating the quarterly marketing plan, defining key focus areas for each quarter, and developing the annual business plan for the division. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to consolidate and align marketing initiatives across Consumer, Business, and Islamic Banking LOBs, ensuring strategic coherence and avoiding duplication. This role reports to the Head of Marketing Planning.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to coordinate the consolidated quarterly and monthly marketing calendars and align marketing initiatives across Consumer, Business, and Islamic Banking LOBs.
  • Coordinates campaign post-mortem analysis and management reporting for key campaigns.
  • Coordinates the Marketing CXO Council as required to align on focus areas and marketing spend for every quarter.
  • Identifies and actively keeps updated on industry trends and innovations, as well as competitor initiatives and campaigns; proposes new ideas and concepts for marketing and consumer propositions to pilot or conduct Proof of Concepts for, and collaborates with identified Cross Functional Teams for implementation and handover of successful implementations for operationalization.
  • Collaborates with Cross Functional Teams across the organization to roll out the Service Standards to customer-facing and support functions, and leads sustenance initiatives required to ensure high adoption in creating a customer-centric service culture.

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various initiatives and projects
  • Assume formal or informal leadership role to influence decision through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to stakeholders and business leaders
  • Responsible for effectiveness of implemented initiatives & POCs. Expected to propose and report on key measurement metrics to assess effectiveness
  • Responsible for quality, timeline and achievement of initiatives. Expected to prepare periodic progress reports of initiatives assessing milestones, deliverables, impediments and KPIs
  • Responsible for compliance to Service Standards SOPs. Expected to work with stakeholders to conduct periodic audits, mystery shopper and/or other research activities to ensure compliance

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

  • Ownership of the bank’s Service Standards framework which encompasses guidelines for service delivery for customer-facing and support functions i.e. branches, contact centre, social care, customer advocacy, relationship managers and other functions as required.

Jobholder Requirement

Education/Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or post-graduate diploma, professional degree in business, marketing or other relevant fields
  • 8 years & above years in marketing and planning is a plus
  • Experience in leading team and cross-functional teams is a plus

Experience

  • Solid knowledge of Brand and Marketing, Planning, Business Management and Service Culture
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in ideation and implementation of new ideas and concepts for marketing and consumer propositions
  • Possess leadership ability and able to self-motivate and lead cross-groups collaboration and secure the co-operation and involvement of key internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly experienced in building and growing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners with creative thinking, problem solving and have strong bias for action
  • Sound project management knowledge and skills with strong ability to drive continuous improvement via iterative improvements and/or strategic POCs of new ideas and concepts

Special Skills

  • Up to date with brand, customer-centric service culture, market trends and sound ability in market research
  • Demonstrable negotiation, influencing, networking, presentation and diplomacy skills, with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Sound Project Planning and Management skills; sound Budget Planning and Management skills
  • Adept at multitasking, confident and comfortable to manage multiple projects concurrently while keeping to expectations on timeline and quality
  • Working proficiency of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite of Products

We are looking for people who

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in managing corporate websites and social media platforms.
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing brand health metrics (e.g., Brand Health Tracker, NPS)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management as they pertain to brand communications.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of branding trends and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

As the eCommerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning, Manager you will play the role of a digital consultant. You will take charge of overseeing the day-to-day client and campaign management for a portfolio of brands and be responsible for managing the entire client relationship – driving value and business outcomes by assisting with strategic direction, campaign management, audience targeting, budget/spend optimization, and reporting. You will manage and develop client relations through the full life-cycle of the account — on-boarding, initial ramp up, ongoing account management, billing, monthly/quarterly business reviews, etc. This position works to understand the client's business needs and endeavors to drive business outcomes backed by our data capabilities.

  • Advertiser Management & Growth: Deliver client-specific media and outcome-based goals while maintaining and improving client satisfaction levels. Translate business requirements and strategic direction into actionable processes and improve revenue across all assigned accounts.
  • Campaign/project management: Work closely with internal stakeholders; Ad Operations, Creative and data teams and external vendors to drive campaign performance and deliverables. Analyze and report campaign performance with meaningful insights.
  • Data-Centric Consultation: Drive data-centric discussions with clients to identify opportunities and new interests that the advertiser may not be aware of to help drive revenues by suggesting the right technology and media platforms.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify growth hacking opportunities for current advertisers to accelerate their outcome goals. Participate in new business and pitch strategy development.
  • Maintain Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms (Search, Social, Display/ Programmatic and Mobile), data and technology.

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with at least:
  • At least 4-6 years of working experience in account/ client management in the online advertising industry.
  • Proven account management and analytical professional experience
  • Leadership experience in managing media specialist teams of 1-4
  • Proven media planning experience across multiple platforms for performance clients, developing media best practices through testing
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etc.
  • Experience with in-platform ads of Lazada/Shopee, Meta CPAS campaigns will be advantageous.
  • Fluent in written and spoken language skills in English

Key Responsibilities

As the E-commerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning Senior Associate at ADA , you will be in charge of planning, executing campaigns, monitor, and optimize performance for e-commerce marketing activities, including but not limited to paid ads, display ads, and affiliate marketing . This is an exciting role, enable you with full skillset of overseeing campaign strategy, implementation, trafficking, and analysis with widen of campaign types in across marketplace platforms (Lazada/Shopee/Tiki / TikTok ).

  • You will wo r k closely with Commercial Manager/ Commercial Associate on assigned accounts to deliver high performance e-commerce marketing activities across the marketplace platforms .
  • You will be proficient in managing client campaigns including strategy development and planning, campaign execution and analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations.
  • You will lead the entire campaign planning – proposal – execution – evaluation and optimization cycle for the next campaign.
  • You will participate in relevant internal and external training programs for personal and professional development .
  • You will work with enthusiastic regional and local ADA leaders and colleagues, and have ability to access to ADA's professional systems and tools that effectively support your daily work.

What skills and experience you will need?

  • 2- 3 years of working experience in e-commerce marketing/ digital performance marketing on marketplace platform, e-commerce enablement agency, or online business team at client side.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, especially around traffic acquisition, conversion, and media buying.
  • Skilled in campaign analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw insights and recommend optimizations using tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to clearly present strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams (Commercial, Creative, Operations) and external platform representatives.
  • Highly accountable with a proactive mindset, capable of managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Proficient in budget management and performance tracking.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking skills in English .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze brand marketing needs, including demand insights, product and market analysis, audience insights, creative content, and media strategies, to craft comprehensive Xiaohongshu marketing plans. Collaborate with business or project managers to complete proposals in a timely manner.
  • Learn from local mainstream social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), combine data analysis with tools, and develop communication strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on data and campaign performance throughout the execution process, and produce planning summaries.
  • Develop methodologies, lead targeted brainstorming sessions, and generate Big Ideas, slogans, and other creative content.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with preference for marketing, advertising, media, or related majors.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or planning, with brand customer service experience. Prior experience in a 4A advertising company is preferred.
  • Strong strategic planning and creative potential, with familiarity in Xiaohongshu marketing and other social media platforms.
  • Sharp business and market insights, with the ability to create actionable marketing plans based on market and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a proven ability to promote teamwork and achieve client marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

As the E-commerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning Senior Associate at ADA , you will be in charge of planning, executing campaigns, monitor, and optimize performance for e-commerce marketing activities, including but not limited to paid ads, display ads, and affiliate marketing . This is an exciting role, enable you with full skillset of overseeing campaign strategy, implementation, trafficking, and analysis with widen of campaign types in across marketplace platforms (Lazada/Shopee/Tiki / TikTok ).

You will wo r k closely with Commercial Manager/ Commercial Associate on assigned accounts to deliver high performance e-commerce marketing activities across the marketplace platforms . You will be proficient in managing client campaigns including strategy development and planning, campaign execution and analysis, providing regular insights and recommendations. You will lead the entire campaign planning – proposal – execution – evaluation and optimization cycle for the next campaign. You will participate in relevant internal and external training programs for personal and professional development . You will work with enthusiastic regional and local ADA leaders and colleagues, and have ability to access to ADA's professional systems and tools that effectively support your daily work.

What skills and experience you will need?

2- 3 years of working experience in e-commerce marketing/ digital performance marketing on marketplace platform, e-commerce enablement agency, or online business team at client side. Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok Shop. Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics, especially around traffic acquisition, conversion, and media buying. Skilled in campaign analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw insights and recommend optimizations using tools like Excel and Power BI. Effective communicator with the ability to clearly present strategies, performance updates, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Experience collaborating with internal teams (Commercial, Creative, Operations) and external platform representatives. Highly accountable with a proactive mindset, capable of managing campaigns end-to-end. Proficient in budget management and performance tracking. Fluent in writing and speaking skills in English .
