Contribute to ongoing website updates and conversion rate optimisation projects. Support the creation of product marketing collaterals such as whitepapers, brochures, pitch decks, and other sales enablement assets. Provide operational and executional support for marketing-led events and webinars. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design to support integrated marketing projects. Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation tools to support lead nurturing and customer engagement efforts. Prepare monthly campaign reports and share insights to improve performance across all digital touchpoints. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ postgraduate diploma/professional degree in marketing/ mass communication/ journalism/ media or any other related field of studies. 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on involvement in paid ads and campaign optimisation. Certified with Google Career Certificates for Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console is highly preferable. Experience using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Zoho CRM (or other CRM/marketing automation tools). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication, verbal, and writing skills in English to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. About the role
The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated, well-organised and hands-on individual familiar with real-time digital media buying (based on CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS). Working in a small team, as well as independently, the candidate will be given high levels of autonomy but is expected to deliver quality work in a timely fashion.
This is a Mid-Level role and the expected basic salary is RM4,000–RM6,500 , depending on relevant experience, with great career prospects. Sending a personal email to greatly increases your chances for a follow-up interview.
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple digital media platforms, for multiple clients
- Monitor, manage and optimise on-going campaigns and report on results using marketing platform tools, analytics reporting and internal templates
- Build and maintain positive client relationships by attending meetings, creating contact reports, and providing regular updates on campaign progress.
- Oversee the development, review, and approval of creative materials, ensuring alignment with client expectations and campaign goals.
- Track key campaign metrics to monitor performance and ensure objectives are met.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Manage campaign budgets to make cost-effective decisions that maximise ROI within the client’s budget.
- Secure campaign renewals by delivering results and demonstrating value to clients.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years work experience in an Advertising or Media agency
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills
- Likes to work with numbers, has a fast mathematical mind
- Genuine interest in marketing & advertising
- Strong understanding of digital advertising trends and platforms
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint/Excel and/or Google Slides/Sheets
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with GTM and GA implementation is a big advantage
