A DAY IN A LIFE OF

We are looking for an analytical candidate to join our high-performing marketing team! The candidate will lead the paid acquisition channels designed to promote the The Flexi Group's brand and services across all markets.

The right candidate will be good with numbers and have a strong commercial acumen. If you're looking for a role that's fast-paced and challenging which allows you to think outside the box, this would be a perfect role for you.

You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing online ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic DSPs. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of ad tech, analytics, reporting and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

DIGITAL MARKETING

  • Lead, develop and manage all paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, Line etc) for The Flexi Group across all 7 countries we operate in
  • Review Google/Meta analytics on a weekly basis, assess lead gen data to evaluate lead acquisition channels, optimising accordingly to drive leads and conversion rates
  • Manage ad trafficking/ Re targeting, tracking tags, and pixel implementation
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure campaign quality assurance
  • Collaborate with Marketing and creative teams, to deliver successful campaigns
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
  • Work closely with the leaders of all of our markets to develop budgets and campaigns to promote our spaces and sales promotions
  • Assist in the development & execution of integrated marketing campaigns to deliver against business objectives
  • Support our wider marketing strategy to assist our expansion across APAC
  • Developing pre-opening marketing budgets and plans for all new locations, in accordance with budgets provided
  • Work with the wider team on content creation strategies
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table by proposing new campaigns and collaborations
  • Work in partnership with the Digital Marketing Assistant to manage all third-party listing websites

Requirements

  • University Degree holder in Marketing, communications or any related discipline preferred
  • At least 2 years of Digital Marketing or Media agency experience, preferably leading campaign development with sizable budgets
  • Analytical, solution oriented and a fast learner
  • A strong communicator - ability to speak to senior team members with confidence and knowledge
  • Flexible, adaptable and ability to work quickly to make decisions and necessary changes
  • Native English speaker, any additional languages would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager, and SEM

We are looking for an analytical candidate to join our high-performing marketing team! The candidate will lead the paid acquisition channels designed to promote the The Flexi Group's brand and services across all markets.

DIGITAL MARKETING

Job Description: Performance Marketing Lead/Manager - Supermom

Role Overview: Supermom is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Lead/Manager to lead our paid acquisition efforts, focusing on high-quality, cost-effective leads through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign execution, data-driven optimization, and advanced audience strategies using zero and first-party data. This role is crucial in shaping Supermom's growth by integrating native CRM insights, ensuring accurate tracking, and maximizing campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok to meet lead generation and CPL targets. Manage campaigns end-to-end, including audience segmentation, creative briefing, setup, A/B testing, and optimization. Integrate zero and first-party data (CRM, website, lead validation) for improved targeting and retargeting. Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams for aligned messaging and landing pages.
  • Data, Analytics & Optimization: Oversee tracking infrastructure (Facebook Pixel, Meta CAPI, GTM) for accurate measurement. Analyze data and CRM feedback to refine strategies, reduce lead duplication, and enhance lead quality. Use CRM and CDP audience syncs for freshness and minimal duplication. Report key metrics and insights to leadership.
  • Technology & Tools: Lead setup and troubleshooting of tracking solutions ensuring seamless data flow. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor performance marketing team or partners, fostering experimentation and continuous improvement. Work with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 7+ years managing large-scale paid ad campaigns, especially on Meta platforms.
  • Expertise in leveraging first-party and zero-party data, including CRM integrations and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GTM, Meta CAPI, and CRM-to-ad platform audience syncs.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and insight generation.
  • Experience with A/B testing, creative optimization, and CRO.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, privacy laws, and best practices.

Scope of Work Objective: Drive scalable lead generation by executing and optimizing paid campaigns, integrating CRM data and advanced tracking to maximize valid leads and minimize CPA.

Key Deliverables:

  • Launch/manage high-performing campaigns on Meta and other platforms, ensuring cost-effective leads.
  • Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure for accurate measurement.
  • Integrate CRM and website data for audience targeting and campaign optimization.
  • Regularly analyze data to identify opportunities, reduce lead duplication, and improve targeting.
  • Perform ongoing A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Position Overview:

Global Emerging Markets is a growth engine for Convatec. It is a complex business unit, responsible for the sales of the entire Convatec portfolio (primarily advanced wound care and ostomy care) in all countries outside of Europe and North America. The business unit covers a number of distinct geographies, including a region called aMEA which covers a large number of emerging markets across the Middle East, South Asia, South East Asia and Africa .

The purpose of this role is to work with GEMLT and the leadership within the region to identify and ruthlessly prioritise key levers of growth that will drive sustainable and materially important growth, working with local markets and the regional leadership team to identify innovative go to market models, and strategies to deliver on these.

This will be delivered through a strong coaching capability and influence across the stakeholder universe. The role will be the key interface with global marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, creating and delivering regional plans as well as financial and strategic guidance to support the overall GEM growth agenda. The role will work cross-functionally at multiple levels within the business, with a keen focus on generating insight from our customer and patients within the region and ensuring this is incorporated into regional initiatives, strategies and go to market approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and build towards new strategic opportunities across aMEA and / or within specific key markets, creating clear prioritization of opportunities and ensuring disciplined delivery across the region

  • Work with regional leadership to identify new and innovative go to market models, approaches to customers and efficient approaches to drive customer and patient satisfaction across a broad and complex region

  • Bridge between global and local marketing (& cross-functional teams), supporting effective transfer of knowledge, capability, new skills and product understanding

  • Partner with local teams on business case development for new and existing assets, providing support, challenge, guidance and governance, setting and maintaining standards of excellence across GEM

  • Partner with local marketing and leadership teams to develop, govern and implement comprehensive insight-based marketing plans, in line with regional (and relevant global) strategic, financial and executional guidance

  • Take an active role in development of marketing capability across the region through partnering with in-country leadership teams, Global Commercial Centre of Excellence and with direct coaching of key talents

Skills & Experience:

  • Open minded individual with a minimum 10 years’ commercial experience within the healthcare industry (pharma, medtech, devices), including working in / across smaller markets and distributor markets with experience in delivering efficient multi-market solutions

  • Proven, exceptional track record of managing and / or working across cross-functional teams and across diverse markets and cultures

  • Strong commercial acumen, underpinned with a deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices

  • Demonstrated curiosity and customer / patient focus to derive deep insights from multiple sources, that have led to tangible actions and business results

  • Deep understanding of how to prioritise the most impactful marketing levers (e.g. channels, promotion, education, pricing) to drive growth and understanding of the principles of resource allocation against these priorities

  • Experience of developing marketing plans and customer experiences utilizing both online and offline channels, with an ability to prioritise content and channel effectively

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within the business

  • Able to coach marketers to deliver exceptional high quality output (e.g. customer journey mapping, brand and launch plans, etc…)

  • Ideally experience in a mix of sales, marketing, general management

  • Ideally worked within a mix of country and regional / global roles
