We are looking for a meticulous and data-driven analyst to join a dynamic growth team supporting our western markets (US, UK, ANZ). In this role, you will be a key supporting figure for our marketing and business development teams, conducting analysis to support business decisions, setting up performance monitoring dashboards, and providing critical insights to enable our teams to make better data-driven decisions. What You Will Do:
Translate business needs into scalable data solutions by leading the design and implementation of analytics frameworks, dashboards, automated reporting, and pipelines to drive decision-making across western market marketing and supply operations teams
Own data accuracy and integrity, partnering with central analytics teams to ensure a single source of truth and resolve data quality issues proactively
Define and prioritize analytics roadmaps, aligning data initiatives with business objectives and influencing strategy through data-backed recommendations
Analyze marketing channel and campaign data regularly to identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency
Conduct in-depth analytical studies combining external research data and internal data to facilitate strategy planning for marketing and supply teams
Write queries and perform ad hoc data analysis
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or Business Communications are preferred
3+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence
Familiar with data visualization tools Experience in programming or analytic tools such as SQL, Python, Jupyter Notebooks,etc.
Familiar with navigating data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.
Familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, PowerBI, etc.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal), with experience presenting to senior leadership l communication skills
A start-up attitude: self-motivated, solution and results oriented, highly collaborative with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
