About the Role:
You will support data-driven decision-making by analysing internal and external data, resolving data quality or integrity issues, creating accurate and insightful reports, and developing dashboards and visualizations. You will support research projects and Marketing Operations and provide insights to business decision-makers. You will report to the Senior Manager - Business Intelligence.
This role is intended to be a hybrid position, working from our KL office, but we are also open to hiring remotely. You will ideally start in October 2025.
You Will:
Gather, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support our goals.
Define Segmentation models across the Association's Propositions, Programs and audiences
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting by performing regular data audits and troubleshooting issues to promote confidence in a single source of truth.
Design interactive dashboards and reports that track our performance, using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
Use data visualization best practices to present complex data in a clear and personalized manner for partners.
Maintain close working relationship with IT teams to help monitor and improve data and improve existing intelligence tools and systems to improve analysis.
Conduct ad-hoc support to business leaders and teams including answering specific business questions with relevant data insights.
Use a hybrid work schedule
You Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in building dashboards and delivery insights to business teams
• Experience using Python and Power BI

Managing the relationship with various stakeholders to integrate category plans and outcomes in local budgets and planning.
Identifying improvement opportunities and leading regional/global projects for cost, supply and efficiency optimization.
Leading the planning and reviewing of supplier contracts & SLAs with functional partners.
Assuring synergies between various Nestle sites, directing all potential efforts to obtain best opportunities for cost optimization and fulfill company targets.
What makes you successful
Extensive experience in procurement, including previous experience handling marketing services (ideally marketing insights).
Demonstrated success in risk management, responsible sourcing and supplier relationship management in a multinational organization.
Proven experience in optimizing portfolios through continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to successfully lead projects and implement change in a complex, multicultural environment organization.
Previous experience in a regional role, or experience across various Markets is desirable.
Fluency in English essential; bilingual abilities are advantageous.

Define Segmentation models across the Association's Propositions, Programs and audiences
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting by performing regular data audits and troubleshooting issues to promote confidence in a single source of truth.
Design interactive dashboards and reports that track our performance, using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
Use data visualization best practices to present complex data in a clear and personalized manner for partners.
Maintain close working relationship with IT teams to help monitor and improve data and improve existing intelligence tools and systems to improve analysis.
Conduct ad-hoc support to business leaders and teams including answering specific business questions with relevant data insights.

About the Role:
You will support data-driven decision-making by analyzing internal and external data, resolving data quality or integrity issues, creating accurate and insightful reports, and developing dashboards and visualizations. You will support research projects and Marketing Operations, providing insights to business decision-makers. You will report to the Senior Manager - Business Intelligence.
This role is intended to be a hybrid position, working from our KL office, but we are also open to hiring remotely. Ideally, you will start in October 2025.
