About the Role

Reporting to the APAC Senior Brand Manager, you'll be a brand specialist within the APAC Marketing Strategy team. Your primary focus will be developing brand strategy and leading key projects that strengthen customer engagement across the APAC region. You'll oversee both regional strategy and local execution in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Implementation:

  • Partner with the APAC Senior Brand Manager to drive brand strategy across all Group brands (SEEK, Jobstreet, Jobsdb, Jora and ESV partners)

1. Plan & Execute Digital Campaigns
- Develop and implement online marketing campaigns aligned with company goals. br>- Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads and TikTok Ads.
2. Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, YouTube).
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages/comments professionally and promptly.
- Build and grow online community presence.
3. Digital Content Creation
- Design marketing materials such as banners, posters, reels, and short videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
- Collaborate with the design and sales team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Shopee Analytics, Lazada Analytics, TikTok Analytics).
- Provide monthly reports on engagement, conversion rates, ad spend, and campaign ROI.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
5. Website & E-Commerce Management (if applicable)
- Update and manage website content, product listings, promotions, and landing pages.
- Support management of online selling platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada or the company’s own e-commerce site. < r>6. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, social media algorithms, consumer behavior, and new tools/technologies.

Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns from planning and development to execution and reporting. Optimize marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives, such as increasing website traffic, improving lead generation, and enhancing brand visibility. Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create engaging content (posts, videos, infographics, etc.) tailored to the company’s audience and marketing goals. Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive. Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content to improve engagement and conversions. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Marketing: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the company’s website. Conduct keyword research and develop optimized content (blogs, landing pages, product descriptions) to align with SEO best practices. Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, relevant content that resonates with the target audience and supports SEO objectives. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Assist in the management of PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, to drive targeted traffic and generate leads. Monitor, analyze, and optimize PPC campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare and present regular reports on PPC performance, offering recommendations for improvements. Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns. Segment email lists based on customer behavior and demographics to ensure targeted and personalized communication. Track email campaign performance and optimize subject lines, copy, and design for higher open rates and click-through rates. Analytics & Reporting: Use digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics to track campaign performance and website traffic. Analyze key metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to assess campaign effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the creative, design, and content teams to produce visually compelling and effective marketing assets. Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns align with sales objectives and target audiences.
