1. Visual Design & Concept Development
Conceptualize, design, and develop creative assets for:

Internal presentations and reports
2. Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Ensure all visual output adheres to established brand guidelines.
Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints, including print, digital, and environmental graphics.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
Marketing and Branding teams to align visuals with campaign strategies
Project and Corporate Communications teams to meet content needs
Participate in creative discussions, brainstorming, and design planning meetings.
4. Adaptation & Output for Multiple Formats
Resize and adapt designs for multiple platforms (e.g., social media formats, print specifications).
Prepare high-quality artwork for both digital and print production.

Review production proofs, pre-press files, and perform basic quality checks.
6. Project Management & Workflow

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE GENERALLY REQUIRED

· Languages: English, Malay and preferably Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
