The Marketing Planning Manager is responsible for driving comprehensive marketing planning across the Bank’s various business lines. This includes coordinating the quarterly marketing plan, defining key focus areas for each quarter, and developing the annual business plan for the division. - Coordinates the Marketing CXO Council as required to align on focus areas and marketing spend for every quarter.
- Identifies and actively keeps updated on industry trends and innovations, as well as competitor initiatives and campaigns; proposes new ideas and concepts for marketing and consumer propositions to pilot or conduct Proof of Concepts for, and collaborates with identified Cross Functional Teams for implementation and handover of successful implementations for operationalization.
- Collaborates with Cross Functional Teams across the organization to roll out the Service Standards to customer-facing and support functions, and leads sustenance initiatives required to ensure high adoption in creating a customer-centric service culture.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various initiatives and projects
- Assume formal or informal leadership role to influence decision through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to stakeholders and business leaders
- Responsible for effectiveness of implemented initiatives & POCs. Expected to propose and report on key measurement metrics to assess effectiveness
- Responsible for quality, timeline and achievement of initiatives. Expected to prepare periodic progress reports of initiatives assessing milestones, deliverables, impediments and KPIs
- Responsible for compliance to Service Standards SOPs. Expected to work with stakeholders to conduct periodic audits, mystery shopper and/or other research activities to ensure compliance
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
- Ownership of the bank’s Service Standards framework which encompasses guidelines for service delivery for customer-facing and support functions i.e. branches, contact centre, social care, customer advocacy, relationship managers and other functions as required.

The Marketing Communications Specialist - APAC is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives for the Business Unit Service, managing the creation of marketing materials, oversee customer engagement initiatives, and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role also responsible in monitoring performance metrics and gather market insights to drive continuous improvement and brand awareness.
The successful candidate will be based in their respective home country (either Singapore or Malaysia).
How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will create and implement go-to-market marketing, communication, and promotional strategies to enhance awareness and positioning of products and solutions, develop and oversee the HUB marketing and communication plan to meet regional business objectives, ensuring alignment with business unit and company strategies and conduct analysis of competitors' marketing initiatives and benchmark them against market standards to identify strategic opportunities for marketing efforts.
- You will plan, implement, and support marketing and communication initiatives, including customer engagement programs and sales enablement efforts, collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including HUB marketing and sales, application engineering, regional product managers, and global marketing teams and manage and execute HUB marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities, including the planning and evaluation of regional events.
- You will proactively gather customer feedback, success stories, and application cases to develop external marketing content such as articles, white papers, and communication stories, track and analyze the return on marketing investment (ROMI) for HUB marketing activities and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns.
- You will oversee external communications activities, including support with press releases, social media initiatives, events, blogs and the development of marketing collateral.
- You will drive internal communication activities, including town halls, organizational announcements, newsletters, and employee engagement initiatives, support HUBs in obtaining effective marketing materials to present to customers and provide support for their customer engagement initiatives.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

The Marketing Communications Specialist - APAC is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives for the Business Unit Service, managing the creation of marketing materials, oversee customer engagement initiatives, and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role also responsible in monitoring performance metrics and gather market insights to drive continuous improvement and brand awareness.
The successful candidate will be based in their respective home country (either Singapore or Malaysia).
How You’ll Make An Impact
You will create and implement go-to-market marketing, communication, and promotional strategies to enhance awareness and positioning of products and solutions, develop and oversee the HUB marketing and communication plan to meet regional business objectives, ensuring alignment with business unit and company strategies and conduct analysis of competitors' marketing initiatives and benchmark them against market standards to identify strategic opportunities for marketing efforts. You will plan, implement, and support marketing and communication initiatives, including customer engagement programs and sales enablement efforts, collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including HUB marketing and sales, application engineering, regional product managers, and global marketing teams and manage and execute HUB marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities, including the planning and evaluation of regional events. You will proactively gather customer feedback, success stories, and application cases to develop external marketing content such as articles, white papers, and communication stories, track and analyze the return on marketing investment (ROMI) for HUB marketing activities and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns. You will oversee external communications activities, including support with press releases, social media initiatives, events, blogs and the development of marketing collateral. You will drive internal communication activities, including town halls, organizational announcements, newsletters, and employee engagement initiatives, support HUBs in obtaining effective marketing materials to present to customers and provide support for their customer engagement initiatives. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background
You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing or marketing management. Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results and deadlines. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Strong commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional value and service.

We're looking for an experienced Director of Marketing & Communications for our Sales & Marketing Division.
Job Summary
The Director of Marketing & Communications reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and has a dotted line to the General Manager. The primary responsibility is leading digital & marketing efforts to support revenue generation, brand engagement, and sales strategies for the resort. This includes implementing and executing marketing strategies to achieve goals related to market mix, brand status, e-direct, advertising, social media, and brand marketing efforts. The goal is to drive revenue across all segments. This role is accountable for executing Brand Packages, Practices, and managing special events and promotional programs.
Under the guidance of the DOSM and within established hotel policies, the role promotes quality and positive communication to enhance the hotel's image and increases awareness of the Shangri-La brand as a leading hotel group among target audiences, as outlined in the marketing and communication plan.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, public relations, or communications, preferably in hospitality.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of local dialects and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong network with media, influencers, and industry players.
- Focus on revenue and profit growth.
- Creative, passionate, and leads by example.
