We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with proficiency in Marketo to join our Greater Asia regional team. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Strategize, plan, execute, monitor, optimize, and report on integrated digital campaigns across various channels.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various platforms (e.g., SEM, paid social, display). Manage campaign budgets, conduct A/B testing, and focus on delivering a strong return on investment (ROI) by maximizing key metrics like conversions and cost per results (CPR).
- Digital Strategy: Initiate, evaluate, and implement improvements on digital strategies, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform strategic decisions. Analyze campaign performance and providing actionable, data-driven recommendations that directly improve ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with other team members, including designers, content creators, copywriters, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within a marketing agency or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, digital marketing principles, and best practices.
- Firm grasp of emerging digital tools and platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for clients and internal teams.

About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist (Junior / Senior) , you'll play a key role in both performance marketing and marketing automation . You’ll work across paid ads platforms, lead generation funnels, and lifecycle channels to drive ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Paid Media Execution
- Plan and manage ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Monitor and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Execute copywriting for ads that align with our brands' tone of voice.
- Work on e-commerce and lead gen accounts in Malaysia, Singapore, and beyond.
2. Lead Gen & Funnel Management
- Manage and execute conversion funnels for clients (e.g. landing pages, lead magnets, retargeting flows).
- Collaborate on content and creatives to ensure high conversion rates from click to lead/customer.
- Coordinate with internal or client teams to improve lead quality and tracking.
3. Automation & CRM Marketing
- Build and manage Email & WhatsApp automation flows for customer lifecycle
- Use tools like Klaviyo, MailerLite, Kommo to set up and optimize journeys.
- Segment and personalize based on customer behaviors and funnel position.
4. Reporting & Optimization
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and surface insights for iteration and scaling.
- Recommend A/B tests and optimisation opportunities to meet client’s objective.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce or service-based lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads , and marketplace ad platforms.
- Experience with Email/WhatsApp automation is a plus
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics into actions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Understanding of direct response copywriting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, follower growth, and engagement across digital platforms.
• Manage content calendars and create or curate compelling content aligned with each brand’s identity and regional marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with designers and digital marketers to produce visually consistent, platform-optimized creative assets.
• Monitor trends and cultural moments to maintain relevance and amplify digital campaigns.
• Engage with followers and communities—responding to comments, highlighting user-generated content, and managing DMs and mentions.
• Track performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize digital and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with the broader marketing team to integrate social media campaigns into marketing strategies, including paid ads and performance campaigns.
• Support influencer activations and cross-promotional efforts with partners and affiliates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
