A. SCHEDULING & ADMINISTRATIVE
• Coordinates calendar, travels, meetings, and schedule arrangements.
Includes initiating contact and securing appointments and facilities as appropriate.
• Conducts weekly meetings with HOD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations, and record minutes meeting and other requests.
• Works closely with other department team members to assure sufficient preparation for meetings or other engagements.
• Coordinates transportation and accommodation requirements and ensures arrangements are in place when outstation travel is required.
• Coordinates work schedule of drivers.
• Document preparation and control, internal communications, general office maintenance to improve cost and effectiveness.
• Keeps and maintains an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.
• Prepares correspondence including drafting of general replies.
• Receives visitors, including VIPs & royalty, ensuring that appropriate attention is paid to the necessary protocol and procedural issues.
B. OFFICE MANAGEMENT
• Handles all matters assigned by the manager.
• Compiles monthly reports and financial reporting.
• Submits and keeps track of Chairman’s claims and other payments due.
• Ensures all tasks are completed within the stipulated deadlines.
C. OTHERS
• Any other assignments as required.

About The Role
Support the Customer Marketing unit. You’ll support the marketing campaigns and strategies to cross and upsell all insurance offerings to customers. You’ll create personalised and relevant offers delivered directly and through the distribution channels, to maximise customer life time value, and drive customer loyalty & repurchase.
The person in this role will be working in an Agile manner, and hence must be open to new ways of working; as well as close collaboration with many x-functional teams to drive results.
- Understand and analyze our existing customer base across individual, takaful, corporate and digital platforms by customer segments. Run surveys, focus groups, leverage on digital and data to get insight to their behaviors, wants and needs. Pull all of this understanding together to develop strategies which drive repeat customer purchase, cross and upsell.
- Get to know our agency distribution workforce and other distribution channels. Understand what makes them tick, get consistent feedback, and adjust efforts accordingly. Perform analysis on how the different distribution channels are performing in order to form the right tactics.
- Build strong relationships and constantly align with our colleagues in the distribution teams on initiatives to drive better outcomes from our distribution channels.
- Develop, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns and customer offers.
- Familiarize yourself with how our front and back end systems work (agent sales platform, agent app, customer app, back end operating systems) in order to design campaign management processes that work.
- Understand AIA’s product suite and how to best leverage on these products to drive future cross and upsell.
- Operate under the Agile methodology.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 5 years working experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on products & customer campaigns.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry particularly from a product perspective will be beneficial – any prior experience on medical repricing efforts would be an added bonus
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with good stakeholder management capability
- Analytical skills and business acumen

About The Role

Budget & Investment Strategy
- Develop strategic recommendations for marketing budgets and investments, ensuring alignment with customer impact and business priorities

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience developing and leading marketing strategies in regional or global context, ideally within APAC region

As the eCommerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning, Manager you will play the role of a digital consultant. You will take charge of overseeing the day-to-day client and campaign management for a portfolio of brands and be responsible for managing the entire client relationship – driving value and business outcomes by assisting with strategic direction, campaign management, audience targeting, budget/spend optimization, and reporting. - Data-Centric Consultation: Drive data-centric discussions with clients to identify opportunities and new interests that the advertiser may not be aware of to help drive revenues by suggesting the right technology and media platforms.
- Revenue Growth: Identify growth hacking opportunities for current advertisers to accelerate their outcome goals. Participate in new business and pitch strategy development.
- Maintain Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms (Search, Social, Display/ Programmatic and Mobile), data and technology.
- The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with at least:
- At least 4-6 years of working experience in account/ client management in the online advertising industry.
- Proven account management and analytical professional experience
- Leadership experience in managing media specialist teams of 1-4
- Proven media planning experience across multiple platforms for performance clients, developing media best practices through testing
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etc.
- Experience with in-platform ads of Lazada/Shopee, Meta CPAS campaigns will be advantageous.

ADA Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. As the eCommerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning, Manager you will play the role of a digital consultant. You will take charge of overseeing the day-to-day client and campaign management for a portfolio of brands and be responsible for managing the entire client relationship – driving value and business outcomes by assisting with strategic direction, campaign management, audience targeting, budget/spend optimization, and reporting. You will manage and develop client relations through the full life-cycle of the account — on-boarding, initial ramp up, ongoing account management, billing, monthly/quarterly business reviews, etc. This position works to understand the client's business needs and endeavors to drive business outcomes backed by our data capabilities.
Advertiser Management & Growth: Deliver client-specific media and outcome-based goals while maintaining and improving client satisfaction levels. Translate business requirements and strategic direction into actionable processes and improve revenue across all assigned accounts. Campaign/project management: Work closely with internal stakeholders; Ad Operations, Creative and data teams and external vendors to drive campaign performance and deliverables. Analyze and report campaign performance with meaningful insights. Data-Centric Consultation: Drive data-centric discussions with clients to identify opportunities and new interests that the advertiser may not be aware of to help drive revenues by suggesting the right technology and media platforms. Revenue Growth: Identify growth hacking opportunities for current advertisers to accelerate their outcome goals. Participate in new business and pitch strategy development. Maintain Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms (Search, Social, Display/ Programmatic and Mobile), data and technology.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with at least: At least 4-6 years of working experience in account/ client management in the online advertising industry. Proven account management and analytical professional experience Leadership experience in managing media specialist teams of 1-4 Proven media planning experience across multiple platforms for performance clients, developing media best practices through testing Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etc. Experience with in-platform ads of Lazada/Shopee, Meta CPAS campaigns will be advantageous. Fluent in written and spoken language skills in English

- Take ownership of project timelines, campaign planning, and execution across digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, XHS, web).
- Act as the main contact for clients, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Create content (short-form videos, visuals, copywriting) and sometimes appear on-camera.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure campaigns are optimized for results.
- Guide junior team members and contribute to creative brainstorming.
- Provide light mentorship to junior team members — especially in onboarding new joiners, reviewing decks before AM submission, and sharing best practices during internal discussions or challenges.
- Track and review campaign results; prepare and present reports and performance insights to clients.
- Follow up on outstanding payments with clients to ensure timely revenue collection.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Exceptional experience can trump formal education.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, project management, and marketing.
- Hands-on experience in short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels, XHS).
- Able to edit videos using CapCut, JianYing, or equivalent tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
