As a Market Operations Specialist focused on futures at moomoo, you will help support the day-to-day operations of our futures trading platform. This entry-level role is key to ensuring our futures market activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory standards. You’ll assist in monitoring trade flows, resolving operational issues, and supporting the execution of client orders. With a growing understanding of futures products and market mechanics, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes, helping us deliver a reliable and seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Market Operations team to manage critical trading and margin functions, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to industry regulations
- Execute and oversee daily tasks related to trading operations, including account level risk management, margin call resolution, and exception handling
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations and align with strategic business objectives
- Play a key role in tracking and resolving margin calls and exceptions, while maintaining risk management practices
- Monitoring overnight (U.S. hours) risk systems, ensuring adherence to U.S. requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Qualifications
- Background in the financial industry, with experience directly in trading.
- Proficiency in understanding options and futures strategies, facilitating informed decision-making and risk assessment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, making sound decisions even during high-stress situations.
- Previous experience in futures trading, demonstrating familiarity with futures market dynamics.
- Proficiency in the English language*.
- Possess FINRA Series 3, 7 and 63 licenses; Licenses may be obtained within 180 days of start date*.
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to leverage advanced tools and technology for insights and communication.
Bonus points if you have bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, prior exposure to implementing trading technologies and automation in market operations, and a history of taking on projects related to trading. Equities background is a plus too.

Short Description:
The Operation Analyst (OA) will be responsible for analyzing the eCommerce/omni channel order fulfilment network performance and key metrics, identifying and resolving issues and developing recommendations for courses of action to Supply Chain management. In this role the OA will work with cross functional teams within the company & external warehouse partners to gather data through various resources and then reproduce the data into presentable formats. The OA will also communicate findings to multiple levels of management and use data to create strategies to improve various facts across the order fulfilment network. The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter, detailed oriented, support numerous projects and the ability to communicate to all levels and areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support the execution of fulfilment orders across the eCommerce/omni channel network; including a broad scope of Marketplace Stores, Brand.com & Warehouse Partners.
- Monitor and analyze, identified and established, key operating metrics and platform service level agreement (SLA). Assists in development and maintenance of an accurate measurement system.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock availability to fulfil orders on time.
- Leverage reporting and dashboards to drive process improvements resulting in reduced costs and improved service.
- Address fulfilment related inquiries and resolve issues, such as customer complaint cases.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely picking, packing and shipping of orders.
- Collaborate with commercial, customer service and inventory planning teams to improve order fulfilment procedures.
- Engage and collaborate with Product & Data Operations team to create data tables, programs & projects in support of supply chain business objectives and strategies
- Projects require understanding of Order Management functionality and Marketplace Platform systems.
- Act and support team as Subject Matter Expert on reporting capabilities and performance monitoring tools
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in order management and fulfilment.
- 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Distribution, or Logistics within the FMCG or Logistics industry. Familiarity with order fulfillment ecosystem.
- Experience with direct to consumer fulfillment & business to business fulfillment
- Experience with supply chain metrics and their use to drive process improvements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure order accuracy.
- Proficiency in order management system, warehouse systems and marketplace.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for process improvement.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics concepts and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (beyond basic functions such as sum, subtract, divide, and multiply).

Job Summary:
The Operations Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data, performing analysis, developing and executing demand and supply chain plans that ensure optimal outcomes. The position will support the analysis and optimization of supply chain processes and the improvement of operational efficiency and planning accuracy. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives. The position will require the development of planning models using various planning systems and tools, with a deep investigation, understanding, and analysis of new product development and all commercially launched products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data, performing analysis, developing and executing demand and supply chain plans that ensure optimal outcomes.
- Assist with supply chain and operation system core team to develop and maintain supply chain planning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and manufacturing information to ensure accurate and timely data analysis and master data integrity.
- Work with the project management team on New Product Introduction, implementing the demand plan and transition plan based on the product life cycle.
- Perform routine forecast and safety stock updates and reviews for finished good SKUs.
- Calculate, verify, and monitor forecast and production mode accuracy. Conduct analysis of statistical forecasting models and global demand forecasting planning to identify solutions for future improvement.
- Review production build plans for finished goods and sub-assembly parts on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis for business reporting.
- Create and maintain checklists to ensure all steps in the demand planning process are followed and tracked to completion.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed analysis of all required inputs and develop plans with cross-functional input to ensure optimal transitions from prior generation products to next generation products, minimizing obsolete inventory and ensuring timely launches.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, Document Control, Engineering, Global Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to ensure complete understanding of requirements and achievement of supply chain goals.
- Monitor, review, analyze, and identify issues, develop solutions, communicate project status, and adjust plans as required to keep projects on track.
- Support the identification of process improvements and contribute to the implementation of optimization initiatives. Create and update process documents and flows to standardize overall operations planning processes.
- Conduct and reconcile capacity and constraint planning parameters to ensure production plans achieve business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with IT/IS to develop and improve planning and operational tools and systems to optimize operations management analysis capability.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 0-5 years’ work experience for Jr Analyst, 5-8 years' for Analyst, 8+ years' for Sr. Analyst.
- Experience in Demand & Supply Chain Planning, Constraint Capacity Planning, and Inventory Planning and Management.
- Advanced Excel skills, data management tools, database, ETL, Microsoft SQL, and SSIS/SSAS/SSRS.
- ERP/MRP system experience, such as Rapid Response (R&R), Oracle, SAP, or other major ERP/MRO systems.
- Excellent analytical, planning, project management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding and experience working with Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics/Distribution, and Customer Service.
- In-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing Operations, Value-Added, Supply Chain, Forecasting, and Continuous Flow methodologies.
- Ability to synthesize and filter inputs from multiple resources to identify key influences impacting success.
- Consideration of both micro and macro levels; internal and external forces as they relate to plans and execution.
- Effective interaction and communication with all levels of management and individual contributors.
- Project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in each Minimum Qualification.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to challenges.
- Flexibility to work across different tracks based on business needs.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an Engineering-related field; Master’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
(Examples of Engineering fields: Computer Science, Mechanical, Electronic, Industry, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science, Supply Chain, Statistics, etc.)
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Daily use of a computer and other digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license is required.

Short Description:
The Operation Analyst (OA) will be responsible for analyzing the eCommerce/omni channel order fulfilment network performance and key metrics, identifying and resolving issues and developing recommendations for courses of action to Supply Chain management. In this role the OA will work with cross functional teams within the company & external warehouse partners to gather data through various resources and then reproduce the data into presentable formats. The OA will also communicate findings to multiple levels of management and use data to create strategies to improve various facts across the order fulfilment network. The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter, detailed oriented, support numerous projects and the ability to communicate to all levels and areas of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support the execution of fulfilment orders across the eCommerce/omni channel network; including a broad scope of Marketplace Stores, Brand.com & Warehouse Partners.
- Monitor and analyze, identified and established, key operating metrics and platform service level agreement (SLA). Assists in development and maintenance of an accurate measurement system.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock availability to fulfil orders on time.
- Leverage reporting and dashboards to drive process improvements resulting in reduced costs and improved service.
- Address fulfilment related inquiries and resolve issues, such as customer complaint cases.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely picking, packing and shipping of orders.
- Collaborate with commercial, customer service and inventory planning teams to improve order fulfilment procedures.
- Engage and collaborate with Product & Data Operations team to create data tables, programs & projects in support of supply chain business objectives and strategies

Job Summary:

The position supports the analysis and optimization of supply chain processes and the improvement of operational efficiency and planning accuracy. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives. The position requires the development of planning models using various planning systems and tools with in-depth investigation, understanding, and analysis of new product development and all commercially launched products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data, performing analysis, developing and executing demand and supply chain plans that ensure optimal outcomes.
- Assist with supply chain and operation system core team to develop and maintain supply chain planning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to collect data and manufacturing information to ensure accurate and timely data analysis and master data integrity.
- Collaborate with the project management team on New Product Introduction, implementing the demand plan and transition plan based on the product life cycle.
- Perform routine forecast and safety stock updates and reviews for finished good SKUs.
- Calculate, verify, and monitor forecast and production mode accuracy. Conduct analysis of statistical forecasting models and global demand forecasting planning and identify solutions for future improvement.
- Review production build plan for finished goods and all sub-assembly parts on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis for business reporting.
- Create and maintain checklists to ensure all steps in the demand planning process are followed and tracked to completion.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed analysis of all required inputs, developing plans with cross-functional input to ensure optimal transitions from prior generation products (phase out) to next generation products (ramp-up) to minimize obsolete inventory and ensure timely product launches.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing, Document Control, Engineering, Global Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to ensure complete requirements are understood and company supply chain goals are achieved.
- Monitor, review, analyze and identify issues or concerns, develop solutions, communicate and update on project status, and adjust project plans as required to keep projects on track.
- Support the identification of process improvements and contribute to the implementation of optimization initiatives. Create and update process documents, flows, and knowledge artifacts to standardize overall operations planning processes.
- Conduct and reconcile capacity and constraint planning parameters to ensure production plans achieve business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with IT/IS as required to develop and improve planning and operational tools and systems to optimize operations management analysis capability.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

- 0-5 years’ work experience for Jr Analyst, 5-8 years' experience for Analyst, 8+ years' experience for Sr. Analyst.
- Experience in Demand & Supply Chain Planning, Constraint Capacity Planning, and Inventory Planning and Management.
- Advanced Excel skills, data management tools, database, ETL, Microsoft SQL, and SSIS/SSAS/SSRS.
- ERP/MRP system experience, such as Rapid Response (R&R), Oracle, SAP, or other major ERP/MRO systems.
- Excellent analytical, planning, project management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding and experience working with Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics/Distribution, and Customer Service.
- In-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing Operations, Value-Added, Supply Chain, Forecasting, and Continuous Flow methodologies.
- Ability to synthesize and filter inputs from multiple resources to key in on important influences impacting success.
- Ability to consider both micro and macro levels; internal and external forces as they relate to plans and execution.
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and professional individual contributors.
